Beware!!! Bed bugs!!! They didn’t even give me a free night. I was totally bitten up by bed bugs on the first night I stayed. All they did was put me on a different floor. I was in for work. No discount was given. Don’t stay here

Bed bugs. Beware!!

We came here to have a place to stay for the night so we could explore the lakes surrounding Bonnyville  during the day. The front desk was unattended when we arrived so we waited till somebody showed up, an elderly man came out after awhile and said he would call the front desk. The front desk came down and asked us if we have a reservation without even greeting us. But that was okay, The worse part was when he told us that you have to pay extra for the second person upon checking us in, I was shocked coz we book for a single room with 2 adults but he wanted to charge us extra.i told him what was on my itinerary which was for a single room for 2 adults  and he told us -“Okay, I’ll let you get away with that now but you can’t do it next time”- I was like, are you out of your mind! We are not in any way taking advantage of you coz we are just going with what was on our reservation. so I told him forget it, and walked away. Called Expedia and cancelled my reservation there.. Stayed in Western Budget instead, Was a decent place and comfortable beds.

Rude Front Desk

Staff is always very polite and efficient. They are alway looking for ways to improve and help with anything you need. Thank you to all Daysinn Bonnyville staff. For sure I will come back to this amazing hotel. 

Excellent service 

Excellent hotel for a small town.  Very clean, wonderful spacious rooms.  We stayed with a little dog.  Excellent service from the front desk.   We would Highly recommend this hotel.. It has a very friendly pub on the main floor which serves great food.

If you love old hotels,then you are in for a treat.
This is an historic hotel,the only thing missing we're ghosts

Good location,clean,hot water,spacious with kitchenette,wifi,air conditioning,windows which open wide,great service,and very comfortable beds.
Did I mention,what do you want for 66 dollars s night?
Randy at the front desk was beyond helpful,great service.

Adventure Hotel

Stayed here while visiting family on a budget, was perfect for us. Our room was so spacious and I really liked the kitchenette, the hotel is obviously renovated, our room was still very new feeling and clean. Comfortable bed. Quiet when we stayed. Lobby a little shabby but that's alrite, all we really care about when I travel is our room.
