The guests have given us a warm, unflattering welcome. The house is beautiful, and the rooms are small but decorated carefully. The place is quite peaceful. The table is worth visiting. A generous and succulent kitchen, both for lunch and dinner, with local produce and a perfectly cooked meat.

Nice room, exceptional cuisine

Very uncomfortable and very old beds. During the summer, it's very hot in the rooms, 28° at night in the room, when the outside temperature is 18°. Maintenance of the outside chairs, tables, gazebo, swingers full of spider webs. The food is good.

I'm a little disappointed.

A lovely old inn, well maintained by charming guests, a lovely room with private bathroom and to finish the whole thing a nice lunch before heading back to the Hemin Du Roy

a beautiful hostel

My wife and I were biking through the area and this B&B was reserved for us.  What  a great experience. The house is striking, the hosts Lise and Jocelyn are the friendliest couple you will meet.  Full of warmth and great humour, they add to the charm that this B&B offers.  The breakfasts and supper were out of this world and the reasonably priced wine list added pleasantly to our experience.   The house itself is a beautiful, large (maybe I would use huge) home and super clean.  I've stayed in many B&B's over the years and this one falls into our top 3 of all times!  Merci!

It's like family!

We stopped here on a bike trip thru the Eastern Townships on our way to Trois Rivers.  What a terrific place.  Lis who met us doesn't speak much English but understands quite a bit.  Jocelyn, her husband, has more English.  The room was comfortable.  The shower was great.  Our bikes had safe parking.  There was a clothesline for our washed out clothes.  The grounds were beautiful.  We relaxed on the porch with some beers.  Dinner was amazing.  The filet mignon was perfectly cooked.  The pescatarians in our group were also very happy.  Dessert was great.  A well chosen wine list-not super pricy.  Breakfast was great and was started early as we were trying to beat the rain on the ride to Trois Rivers.

Stay here if you can

I had to go to Deschambault for a booking, and I was thinking about getting a hotel in Quebec. After reading the Trip Advisor reviews, I decided to try this Inn. It's a really nice place with an old seal. The rooms are clean and spacious and tastefully decorated. What I liked the most is my dinner.

Heart attack

This hostel keeps a good watch over time. With a warm seal this place allows us to totally catch up. The hosts who own it, Lise & Jocelyn, welcome us with open arms as if we were family. The meals are divine and their cute net is a must. Beware of our allergies or food difficulties, they know how to fill us up by offering us various options. They like to chat with us and tell us various topics about the place and to chat with them is so pleasant. The rooms are all different from each other. The lady of the rooms who comes to help is very nice to make sure that we are well and always provide the best for each other. Thank you for everything.

Three days at this wonderful inn

The owners of this auberge are very warm and want to please at every step.  We had dinner here one night and it was superb!  Their breakfasts are equally as good.  If you open the window, you can hear the nearby waterfall. All in all, I highly recommend.

A delightful place with great food.

We loved this place last time we travelled in Canada so we decided to stay again. This time we were early enough to have dinner which was absolutely superb and so was next morning's breakfast. Our hosts once again were so friendly and welcoming. This little chateau type hotel is well worth the stay.
