I think the rooms were outdated it needs a lot of renovations the carpet in hall way is old and stinky ripped 
No Air Conditioning 
The padio door in back broken didn’t lock
The tv was not working 
We were there 2 days Friday and Saturday 
Saturday morning at 8:00 am when people want to sleep in the fire alarm went off so loud people were wondering what was going on ???!!!
It didn’t stop for about 1 hour when I went to the front desk !!!! She said someone burned there toast

They see that in the bathroom is missing towel paper they don’t replace it my husband had to go to the office to ask for some

Terrible

We knew it was a place for mainly Roman workers, so we weren't surprised. The staff is welcoming and friendly! The place is well located. The lack of air conditioning and fan made the night suffocating. You have to sleep with the windows open and with the trucks coming in, the guys who are coughing hard outside, this is not the ideal place to rest. But!

It takes a job!

This place looks oddly like workers' wheels. The rooms are grim and smell old. The housekeeping is done but the maid doesn't make the beds, which is quite exceptional she changes the towels is all. The staff isn't always there. We had a room on the ground floor with a patio door that was going really bad and the mosquito net broken but it's much better than the second one because they only have a small window. To avoid unless we find anything else like it was the case for us. As for the Wi-Fi, it doesn't work.

It's two-star side, but I'd rather say one star.

Good room. Good welcome. We arrived early and they allowed us to check in anyway. Old but fit for a night. Very clean room. Comfortable bed. No air conditioning. Good location to visit the beach. No breakfast.

The rooms on the 2nd floor very small window.....bed very badly done this is to ask if it had been changing ceiling stained hair in bed and head of pillow... very flat pillow really not comfortable

I don't recommend it as a workplace.

It is a complex used to accommodate workers. It does not look like anything from the outside, but it is super clean and comfortable. The people are very friendly. Very quiet and well equipped. Cafeteria and refrigerator. We stayed three nights during our stay on the north coast. We were in the second. There was no air conditioning but with the wind the window was very comfortable.

Good quality price ratio

During our trip to the North Coast, we opted for this hotel. Havre St-Pierre is not New York and we expected to live in such an establishment, considering the distance and size of this city. From the outside, Complex MV has many large-scale barking looks. However, it pleasantly surprised us by its cleanliness and the very acceptable layout of our room. We had a good bathroom. The place is quiet and the staff are very courteous and helpful. There is parking. Do not hesitate to stay there if you go there.

In Havre Saint-Pierre, it is very good!

We had booked in this place for 2 nights and the telephone operator was very kind; she explained very well that it was not a 5* and that the rooms were normally rented to the workers of La Romaine, but that everything was clean.

It's comfortable

Room 28°C no air conditioning in the hotel. Don't ask for a fan at the front desk, we won't take care of your comfort. Room poorly soundproofed and poorly maintained. Smoke detector is missing and the bedroom carpet is dirty, the furniture is damaged. Very basic.

No air conditioning

One night at this hotel it was very nice even though the outside looks old. Clean room, it's not the big luxury but comfortable with mini fridge and coffee machine. Normally it has lunch that is included but because of covid-19, it's not available, as an info. Hotel very good for a stop.
