This is definitely an older hotel. My husband and his groomsmen stayed there on the night before our wedding 40 years ago. 
The room was quite large and well kept, the bed and pillows were comfortable, the bathroom was clean, modern and in good repair.  There are plenty of  fast food  and excellent casual dining choices available just up the street and the downtown core of the town is just down the street in the other direction. 
The motel is on Leamington's main street but it's built in a square around the parking lot so it was very quiet .  It was the perfect venue from which to visit some old haunts from my childhood and a couple of day long walk down memory lane. 

Great Little Motel, Great Price

We've stayed here a few times over the years. Noted this time the new fixtures, new tiles, and as always it is super-clean. Having a fridge and microwave is nice and not always found in older motels in small towns. Also, the location is convenient if you have things to do downtown Leamington.

Updated rooms & fixtures and clean.

This motel is clean,quiet and cozy. 
The price is reasonable. If you are looking for luxurious hotel,then this is not for you.
It’s near to a famous restaurant in town too. The owner is helpful in recommending us what to see in Leamington! We’ll

Stayed a night

These rooms are worth $59 a night at best. No coffee or maker, no cups or glasses for drinks, no table lamps for ambience. Heaters are at the back of the room, not under the windows at front for maximum comfort and efficiency. On a bright note, room is clean and somewhat up to date, has microwave oven and refrigerator.

Less than good value

When I checked in to the motel it was quick and easy. Was given an upgrade by the front desk. The room had a kitchen in it. Clean and decent size. Room was cleaned the next day. Was impressed the only drawback is you have to check in by 8:00. The price was quite reasonable and close to everything. Would stay here again. 

Clean room quick check in

I booked this motel for my son and his gf. The room is large and clean. Absolutely nothing to complain about for $85/night. 

Best of all was the friendly staff. During check in, check out and in between all the staff that was encountered were very professional and friendly.  They went over and beyond to assist. 

My son went to the office around 11:30/11:45pm to ask for another bottle of water because his very pregnant gf was thirsty. They apologized and said they didn’t have any but offered to give them a glass of water. They said it was fine, that they would fill the empty bottle with tap water. He walked back to the room and about 5 minutes later the phone rang. The office was calling to say they have a bottle of apple juice and a bottle of Gatorade (I think) that they could have if they wanted them. 

Such a small thing but says so much. Such a kind gesture. These people went out of their way in the middle of the night to try to assist their guests and make sure they are comfortable. I would never stay anywhere else when visiting the area. 

Perfect...

Nice little family run motel. It was clean and fit my budget.  There were plenty of places nearby to eat within walking distance.  
 As a woman traveling alone, I felt safe and comfortable.  Also, loved the jacazzi!

Nice and Economical

Honestly, I had fairly low expectations, as it's a motel in a small town in Ontario, but was really pleasantly surprised. Quiet, friendly staff, good facilities, great location, clean. What more do you want? Good price too.

I think my only true complaint is that the room decor is my least favourite colour: orange.

Nice and quiet

My wife and I stayed here Aug. very clean , friendly .  Nice shared bbq ,eating area .Happy stay . Toured Leamington , came back ,relaxed followed by dinner at Chinese next door . I will get back to you on that one .

Good valu

I was reluctant to stay in an independent motel. Often they are not well maintained, but this one is fabulous! It outshines the low-end chain motels while still offering the best price in the area. The rooms are nicer and more up to date than the pictures suggest.
