We stayed for 5 days in this hotel.  The shower in the room constantly dripped.  The toilet leaked water onto the floor every time it was flushed. No one ever came to make the bed or remove dirty towels or replace coffee and tea that was used. There was holes in the walls and carpet was dirty.
The only good thing about this hotel was the pool and the hot tub.  The service was very lousy.  I travel to Lethbridge on a regular basis and I will not be staying at this hotel ever again.

Won't stay here again

Check in was fine, the lobby was cute and clean. 
 The rooms are dirty. Very dirty 
The walls had boogers all over them, and the heaters were dusty and covered in long gross hairs. 
The pillows are like bags with packing peanuts.  Terrible!

I’d go across to the sandman 

The pool was the only good thing about this hotel
Rooms are very old looking with old beds and terrible smelling
Nice view, but windy if you gets outside enterance room. If your pool side it’s very loud.

Stinky and old

I was in Lethbridge on business in the Downtown core. Days Inn is walking distance to all the businesses I needed to access. Check in and check out were smooth. The room provided me with space to work in between visits to the businesses and amenities I needed to complete my work.

Great location and access to amenities

no daily house keeping. stayed for three nights never had a visit from house keeping .random chair was put in room one day while we were out .tv  had to be reset manually for input eveytime it was turned on. lights and switches that did not work .

clean but odd

The good: front desk staff were friendly and efficient.
The bad: Dark dingy small run down hotel room. Heating system loud and hard to regulate. It is October and there was no blanket for the bed, just a sheet and thin bedspread. Breakfast very limited, but staff very friendly. I had a outside room at the back of the building and didn’t feel very secure arriving back in the dark.  I will pass on this hotel on next trip back to Lethbridge. Disappointing.

Small dark dingy room

The only thing good about this hotel was leaving!  In all honesty I won't blame the staff. The management apparently has not heard that the Alberta Government has lifted their Covid 19 restrictions. First off, this is a motel not a hotel! You can see daylight beneath the door to our room. Second,  the bathroom fan was so loud that we had to yell at each other even in the other room. Third,  the hot water seamed to work in the early part of the day.  By evening we had cold water. The free breakfast was a grab-bag of fruit drinks and fruit. Even the liquid that was called coffee was terrible,  although I'm sure it would make great paint remover. The television remote wouldn't control the television. No channel changes or volume control. Even their wifi refuses to automatically reconnect. It required me to open a web browser and click on a button to connect, everytime. Also, both the pool and hot tub were down for maintenance. My guess they have been closed since Covid hit 2 years ago. While the room rental rate was low,  it doesn't excuse the extremely poor customer care.  Our recommendation for the "hotel " is go find another place to stay!!!

Worst "hotel" ever

View and check if there is hot water before you confirm a booking..beware of the entrance enormous pot holes....continental breakfast is a banana, granola bar and a juice box in a brown paper bag ... a box of cereal and a milk would have been a better option especially for a person on a restricted diet the only option was a bag full of sugar.                                                                                                                                                                     

Dissapointed

Slow internet, very outdated building. Not clean at all, hair in the bed ( not mine). Told the front desk, nothing done, checked out within 3 hours of checking in. Still got charged for a night stay. Crappy service.

well to start off they only have the front doors open to try and drag everything thru the office doors instead of letting us thru the doors that maybe closer to our room would be easier with my oxygen etc, we went out to get a pop from the pop machine and had to use our phone light to see the pop machine then it didn't have any diet options. the beds were like  sleeping on a piece of cement, i had to try and sleep in the chair next to the bed. and there was no steady temperture either too hot or too cold. There was no coffee tea or any sort of breakfast that was supposed to be included in the price. I hope they take these into consideration and make some changes
