I’d give zero if I could. The manager is running some kind of addict shelter which she put me next to while I have a young child. Her dog bit my kid when we went in the lobby. My room wasn’t cleaned once ever, I was told I had to take my own trash out, that it’s not a maids job to take out my garbage. She refused to refund me my damage deposit bc I yelled at her after not getting it the first time & had to drive across town a 2nd time. From other reviews I’ve seen she’s been an unprofessional argumentative hag for years and not giving people their refunds when checking out. This hotel is SCARY & AWFUL. Stay away from this hotel!!

Manager, Sharon, is horrible!

My family stayed here in June 2020 for 3 nights. Overall it was satisfactory. The room was quite large and had a coffee maker, bar fridge and microwave, which were all well used. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Sometimes there were some kinda rough looking people around, but that is common in a city anywhere. Overall not a bad stay, price was reasonable. Not sure if I would stay here again only due to it is on the main hwy and tended to be noisy at times for we sat outside our room quite a bit. But it was quiet in your room though and did not hear much of the traffic noise.

Price was Right

I was driving across Canada, so i enjoyed this room solely for the fact i could park my car right outside the bedroom window to make sure everything was safe. The room was large, but not the cleanest. Very nice staff, who also advised me to book directly with him rather than using Booking because he was able to offer a better rate. Overall, a good place to stay.

Young people had a party and the manager would not do a thing.
Both nights the young kids got drunk and made so much noise, sounded like a young girl was on the bad side of a beaten and the manager would not do a thing.
Never going to stay at knights inn again.

No sleep

This is an older  "L-shaped" two-storey motel, with one arm facing north and the other east.  The east facing rooms get direct sun.  The air conditioners are on the back of the rooms, with inadequate air circulation to cool the room properly.  Our room was initially 85 degrees and it took 6-7 hours to cool down.  Rooms were clean.  
Staff was very helpful, friendly and trying hard.  Breakfast was toast, muffins, bagles, cereal, tea, coffee, milk and fruit.  The hotel is very conveniently located if you want to visit the Japanese Garden, the baseball diamond, the horseshoe club, the rose garden or the  park.

The rooms were great, clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly as well as helpful. The breakfast was great as well. You can be assured that you're going to get the best bang for your buck by staying here.

Great rooms, great staff

Older motel sryle place but the rooms have been renovated; laminate floors, new bathrooms, reasonably comfortable beds, etc. Once had an outdoor pool, but sadly no more.
Knights was able to follow our crazy schedule and always had a couple rooms for us,  though they seemed to be pretty full most of the time.
Highly recommended for a reasonable stay at a good price!

Older but clean, maintained, and friendly!

I visited this town during trip to The US and I was really exhausted after the long driving.
I was so lucky enough to find this wonderful motel on my budget and moreover they let me check in earlier than normal check in hour without extra charge and offer me a complimentary drinks for me while waiting.
Because most of rooms were on housekeeping process so he upgraded my room to premium suite which was only available at the time. 
Mike was really kind and knowledgeable manager that explained the ongoing city event and recommanded some good restaurant to me. He was really customer oriented so that my stay was without any trouble. Thank you so much!!

Nice friendly cozy place to stay

We stayed two nights; hotel for one step. Very well. Clean room. Very welcoming staff. Pretty good breakfast (grains, bread, gauff, coffee, juice, tea, muffins). Exterior very American motel on a large avenue; very good quality price ratio.
