We went with the family to a college apartment. The price ratio is good for a family. The room is clean and the beds are comfortable. Bring your pillows (they are provided are very flat). There are enough towels that are very clean. The registration service is very...very...very long. Never seen this...and in very uncomfortable humid heat. I would recommend checking the registration to speed up the process. In the building, there is no air conditioning. There were small fans in the rooms that gave some air to breathe. The lunch provided with the room is air conditioned and is in another building (air conditioned).

Affordable housing

This is a very nice facility for a residence.  We felt that a big asset is the park like setting and the numerous attractions nearby, such as the Musee Acadie.  The rooms and common areas were VERY clean and the rooms, though somewhat spartan were large and the beds comfortable.  We enjoyed our days here and would recommend it.  It's very quiet and there is zero street noise.

Clean and quiet

We liked the location; it was easy to get to downtown and the landscaping of the grounds was nice. We had the family room (2 bedrooms with a separate shower and toilet, little kitchen/dining area. The rooms were clean, breakfast (included), served at the cafeteria, was decent. What we found difficult was that all signs were in French, not much in English. Also the check out was not well thought through. We were asked to drop the keys of at the reception office (in another building). The key we were given (used to enter our building, room and operate the elevator) did not work there. Through the glass we could see that the office was closed. We rung a bell according to instructions but nothing happened. We tried calling for security but again, no response. Finally, some summer students were going in; they've let us in and advised us to slide the key into the office through the space under the curtain closing the reception window. We did that and left. They would definitely need to install a drop off box in front of the door that is locked to allow people leave when they need to.

Close to downtown

Comfortable and spacious studio style room with private bathroom and microwave/lavabo fridge. Noisy at the time of my visit. Well located within walking distance of downtown. Close to several activities in Moncton. Full breakfast (eggs, meat, cereal, etc...) included with the room. Free parking.

Good choice for the price.

It's a student dorm, not the Ritz. Staff are not there 24/7 and there's no TV. But the price was right, security assisted with our midnight checkin, the bed was a place to sleep, and we were comp'd with breakfast in the servery each morning. I'd stay there again! Only a 25 minute walk to the tidal bore and downtown.

Friendly staff and we got what we expected.

Received keys from the staff; very friendly. Directed to the residence building and found the front doors locked. Called the front desk to ask why and they said to try the back door. Wandered all the way around and got inside. Then had no idea where to go from there. Our room number began with a 0 and the main floor was in the 100s so we walked around until I eventually went to the main entrance to find the building map and saw that there was a basement. Then we managed to find the elevator and our room. Room was fine. Dated but okay; that isn't the reason for the bad rating.
Our fridge was not cold. It was on but only blowing room temperature air. We called the front desk to see what could be done about it and then had to leave as we had places to be. They called us several hours later to tell us that they would not be able to fix it as it was the weekend. So we called back and were told that they had left us another voice mail saying that, no, they could fox it. So that was good.
We came back late to discover that a few small things (creamers & milk) had not been moved to the new fridge. 
All in all, I recommend staying ANYWHERE else, unless you have the patience to deal with figuring out the place on your own when there is no one around to ask for assistance besides phoning the front desk.
