I booked a 2 bed-2 bath unit in July. 2 weeks before we were to travel, I get a call from the owner saying 'Since you are 2 adults and 1 child, would you switch to a 1 bed-1 bath unit'. I didn't agree to that and they said they would make some calls and see if they can still get us the unit we booked. Day after this call, the entire payment went through for the 2 bed-2 bath unit. When we show up, it is a 1 bed-1 bath unit with a pull out double bed in the living area. Spend 1.5 hours with Booking to resolve this. Hopefully, after seeing this, they'll change their description (which still shows 2 rooms with 2 beds).

During this call, they refused to refund, as well as provide the 2 bed-2 bath unit we wanted and paid for. I also received a call from the owner who said that he changed it since my profile showed 2 adults and 1 child. I think I can book any size property for as many people I want as long as I am willing to pay their specified cost and stay within their guest limits. He claimed to have texted and called me, which was a lie and easily verified through our service providers. He also tried to blame it on Booking, which was a low blow, in my opinion.

They have NO pictures or any specifications for a 1 bed-1 bath unit. All their unit pictures showed just a 2 bed-2 bath unit. When I received their first call at the end of August, I noticed they had increased their prices for a 2 bed-2 bath unit by almost $200 and to me, it looked like they got greedy.

I look forward to hearing their response here, especially to the paint roller in the refrigerator and a mattress with some linen stuffed into a bag !!

They'll change your room type

We headed to Tremblant from Toronto for a weeks break in mid October and to take in the fall colours. (Please note that the only down season in the area starts after thanksgiving and in Tremblant everything is down the last two weeks of Oct)

We are a family of three and we’re looking for something with a Kitchen to be a base for our trip. Les Suites met our needs perfectly. We got the large suite with two separate bedrooms - funnily enough one room may not have been enough  but the second bedroom was enormous - more than enough for any large family. 

Check in was easy. Sofa and chairs, fireplace, dining table, lots of room near the door for shoes and kit, all the mod cons you would need, two very good bathrooms, three (!) TVs if that is important to you, cable, DVD players. Plenty of parking, hot tub a god send after a day of hiking.  Some of the upstairs furniture is a little battered but they are sourcing replacement pieces. 

The hotel is located bang on the Petit Train de Nord and would be perfect to stop if biking. It is not really walkable to St Jovite / Lower Tremblant but there is a bit stop close by and we just used the car. Really easy to get to Mont Tremblant and to the national park. 

I can’t speak highly enough of the management team - as noted elsewhere there is no onsite checking but they were always responsive by email and by phone. There is a trick to getting the right email address - the info@ one. Most important I left my keys there by accident - they located, sent and returned really quickly whilst responding really quickly. 

This was about the same price as an AirBNB and a lot less hassle.  

Perfect for a Family

For the condo everything was perfect very clean there was nothing missing we flew a two-bedroom one on the first floor and the other on the second we were two couples so it provided us with privacy to sleep we also each had our own bathroom

We went to see the beautiful autumn leaves.

We've been to the same room three times and we've taken the same room so much that we loved it the first time! We're back in the same room in a few weeks and we're really in a hurry.

Our second house!

The place was comfortable clean fairly modern, a nice fireplace to sit in a relax, 2 minutes away from the main town of Mont Tremblant. I will be looking forward to coming back here again very soon,I would highly recommend those who haven't been here to say, they'll always come back.

Great weekend away

It is a complete and comfortable apartment.It is located in a very quiet area and relatively close to the city center.The very comfortable bed Posee parking in the same establishment.The apartment is accessed with an access code that will be emailed to you the day before or the same day.

Tranquility and comfort.

It was great and quiet. Quality price was great. Modern and very clean and small private balcony. Everything is equipped in the kitchen. A few minutes from the ski slopes and the city and the little northern train and a children's park right across the street😍. We'll be back.

Skiing in March as a couple

A perfect stay, a well-studied apartment, warm, very clean. A flawless wifi connection, a very pleasant and easy to use gas fireplace with pleasant heating. What a pleasure to sleep in front! Located on the promenade of the small northern train, which allows walks in nature. Close to the beautiful village of St Jovite, in a residential area, and a short distance from the ski centre of Mont Tremblant. The advantages of the resort without the disadvantages. The customer service is remarkable. A purely Quebecois kindness that warms our French hearts. We will feel at home and will be pleased with you.

We were travelling in 3. This place is gorgeous, very clean and new. It was built in 2010. 

Kitchen is the best part I like the most as it just like home, you can find any cookware (pots, pans, pyrex glass baking pan and etc.) you need for cooking as well as utensil (plates, soup bowls, cups, mugs, forks , spoons and etc..). Secondly,  is the location.  It's only 12 mins (10.8 km ) drive to Mont Tremblant amusement park, and 6 mins to Saint Jovite Village where you can get your grocery. 
The was no one in the office by the time we arrived (7:45 pm) but they sent us key code by email so we were able to check in ourselves. The light in the dinning area was not working, I called the office the next day and they got it fixed less than 30 minutes.Dish soap/detergent, and laundry pods are provided.  so you don't have to worry about that. One thing I am still doubting was the bed in our room was a bit small, not Queen but  DOUBLE (I believe). Overall, I gave them 5/5 rating.

12 mins drive to Mont Tremblant

We traveled with a 6-year-old family. Normally staying in the valley, we were offered a mountain accommodation (plus), which we accepted. The accommodation was spacious, clean and comfortable. The sofa bed seemed of better quality in the valley. The possibility of enjoying outdoor pools, which was very pleasant.
