It's a really bad hotel, I highly disapprove of it, it's dirty, it's impossible to sleep because of the constant noise coming from the reception and other rooms of the hotel, it's not suitable for hotel staff, it's really disapproved.

The worst hotel.

Reserved a room here for one night through Booking.com, first mistake, we were in Montreal for the last day of our vacation, we stayed up the street the night before in a beautiful b&b but they were booked and didn't have a room for another stay. We walked to  Hotel de l'Elysée, walking in the front entrance you art greeted with a 10' x 10' lobby, it has 3 or 4 single chairs with 2' x 2' plywood tables screwed to the walls, this is your "continential breakfast area". After seeing that we asked to see the room, the stairway leading upstairs is treacherous at best, the second floor fire escape doors were wide open to the ground allowing all types of flying bugs to enter, the room we looked at was full of flies, not sure if the fire escape doors were closed and/or locked at night but this isn't a secure building from what I saw. The room was sweltering hot, although it was stated it had airconditioning, the sheets were filthy, the tables had cigarette burns and stains from the last people that stayed, the bathroom was disgusting, plaster falling off around the tub area, what looked like mold all around, mofr cigarette burns on the tub, the taps were so dirty I wouldn't let my wife wash her hands after touching the shower curtains...there was stains on the floor and splattered on the door that looked like blood, this was on top of the smell of cigarettes that hung all through the building, remenber we had just left out previous b&b where we just finished our homemade crepe continential breakfast. We made our was back to the lobby and spoke to the man at the desk, we told him there was no way we were staying here for another minute, told him what we saw, he agreed it was bad, and we wouldn't be charged for the room, he was apologetic and a little embarrassed. 5 hours after we left we received a pending charge to out credit card...last night it went through as a charge, contacter Booking.com, so far they have done zilch, they sent an email asking if we had stayed or left with an explanation, filled that out and haven't heard back yet, will be the last time we use Booking.com if they don't rectify the problem, their website was miss leading as was the hotels. I will post reviews of this hotel and Booking.com until I get a full refund.

So we went to this hotel, theres no light in the bathroom, theres semen stains on the blankets, trash all over the room, mold on the ceiling of the bedroom and shower, and nasty stains and dirt all over the floor, the room reeked of cigarette smoke, lightbulbs were burnt out, I paid on booking.com and when i went to the hotel and told the owner he got all mad saying i didnt pay, and had to pay cash even though i showed him my receipt, and when I left 3 hours later due to how bad of a hotel it was, he refused to refund me and told me to call booking.com after refusing to acknowledge we booked the room through booking.com and when i asked for a refund again he called the police. So i paid $120 for a 1.9 star hotel room for 3 hours and was unable to be refunded. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL!!! YOURE WELCOME

GROSS! SCAM! DONT DO IT!!!

This place is so unsanitary and gross. The sheets I'm pretty sure haven't been washed in forever and despite for the no smoking smell, my room still stank of smoke. DO NOT GO HERE. I'm so mad now lool

Absolutely Disgusting

Bed shirt were covered in blood and seen stains, the room was filthy. Asked for a refund and they threatened to beat me up. This is by far the worst hotel I've ever been to. Please whatever you do, stay away!

Threatened to assault me

This hotel has TERRIBLE customer service. If you're thinking about staying here don't just don't. The hotel is "Smoke free" but the guy at the front desk was smoking cigarettes himself. the bed sheets were dirty with stains all over them and the light bulb in the shower room was burnt out also the manager charged me twice for $85 saying that i didn't pay and to call trip advisor.

Terrible customer service

This is the worst hotel ever it needs to be shut down its super dirty, unsanitary and just simply disgusting.The customer service is HORRIBLE and their is mold and trash all over the room. A whole bunch of stains all over the sheets . The walls aren't even fully painted. this is just a horrible place the health department needs to shut them down

THE WORST HOTEL EVER

We asked for a refund, the gentleman who works at the reception (who sleeps and offers the worst service I've ever seen) didn't want to pay us back in full. He kept a third of the room he paid while we stayed in the 10 minutes. He didn't think we wanted to see the room, he didn't even believe it. This would be a very bad option that would justify the unjustifiable claim that it's no humanity and that it's the people we've ever seen in the room that we've been in the room.

Infectious rotting

We had booked a room with 2 Queen beds. We were entitled to a shitty room on the 4th floor with 2 double beds without much more and when I say shitty, it means a room with horribly dirty walls, holes in multiple places and door frames torn apart. This category of place should have been called a damp one and not a room. Also, we froze all night because the cooling system (and not air conditioning) could not control this room. As a result, the temperature was around 50 degrees. Fortunately, the sheets were changed when we arrived and the bathroom was done!!! But for this establishment the price is 0.

Avoid it at all costs

The owner an Asian working as a forcerer, made this hotel a respectable place, the report quality price excellent, I unlike the other commentary saw no bugs, a bemol on service and lunch, Asian nighttime bedtime sleeps on the couch every night, but really sleeps when they wake up he devent grognon, has location he forgets to make the room but don 't forget to pay, hahaha, the lunches an unhealthy bag, white bread the other day, pot of peanut butter cummun can have all.
