Met our needs, place to sleep.   Room was depressing due to dark paint and carpet  colors.  Good thing was clean.  Was a noticeable unpleasant oder when  checked in,  but leaving window open  for number of hours (we were downtown) cleaned up problem.  Was OK, cheap and were not at room for extended time.  Last place would rent if had alternative.

So many wrong things...
Door isn't sealed at the bottom so bugs get in.
Damp moldy smell.
Incredibly tiny bathtub/shower with old shower curtian that clearly has never been changed.
Hot water takes five minutes before reaching the room.
Tiny TV.
Mold on the seals of the bathroom floor, not professionally installed bathrooms. 
Ceiling tiles look like they will fall any second. 
Under the bed has never been vacuumed. 
Carpet floor is gross and damn to walk on. 
Don't recommend staying here even for a night. 
Bottom line is that the Chinese owners are cheap and doesn't care about their reputation. 


Gross, keep looking

After reading the reviews I was questioning my choice to stay here. Due to the pipeline construction in the area it’s is very difficult to find a room in the Morden area. 
I was pleasantly surprised to find that the room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom is tiny so if you’re obese I would look elsewhere. 

The only negative was that the smoke detector was missing its battery.

never stay in this rat infested place ever . I came here to work and i booked this place to stay. I came back from work one day and they had taken one of the beds of of my room. i couldn't believe it . Another thing was i went and told the owner that i have mice in my room the chinese owner went to the back room and bought me back a cat to put in my room and said that will get rid of the mice . Also no heat and don't give you toilet paper in your room , shampoo . you could find better motels in Iraq.  The dryer does not work you can put 5 bucks in and your clothes still are damp. this chinese guy is really cheap stay away from this dump

So I always read the reviews before I book rooms.  Not sure where all the previous reviews stayed at because the room was not worth the money at all. As a matter of fact I have stayed at way cheaper hotels and had a better room.  We were glad we were only here to watch hockey games in a nearby town because there definitely was not room for 3 people to get ready for something nice like a wedding or formal party.    I have NEVER seen a bathroom this small in a hotel before.  The room smelled old and musty.  I booked the family suite and that was definitely not what we got according to the picture.  I didn't question or argue as we were really tired of driving when we arrived.  The only plus was that it was warm and had heat.  We will definitely try other properties before ever staying here again.    Big disappointment......


Surprised....

It started with my check-in. My reservation was written on a pad of paper sitting on the counter with my credit card info in plain view for anyone to see.

The room had a micro wave but no coffee marker. And no where to get coffee in the morning.

$75.00 per night. Should have been about $49.00 for what you get.

Only if you just need a bed

The hotel is located close to my son and his family. The price was great ,$74 for 2 queen bedroom.and they also do price match and senior discount which we thought was very good , Excellent location for what we needed.  Clean room.  Friendly staff.
