We had an incredible visit in the morning played around of golf at your beautiful Carmen Course spent the day At Minnewasta Beach community resort . The super 8 Is wonderfully situated one minute walk to the wonderful beach so convenient. Capped off our evening with the Stardust Drive-in What a wonderful way to recapture the wonderful memories of your childhood Watch a movie outdoors on the big screen with popcorn
Stardust next door to the super 8 …….Watch a wonderful drive-in movie and then Within 30 seconds you’re back in your room. 
Derek guest services at the super 8 it’s true Customer Service always helping me out with anything you need at the hotel. He’s very knowledgable about the area and always offers wonderful sightseeing sites to visit.
The hotel is an incredible value the best in the area highly recommend it it also comes withComplementary continental breakfast downstairs in the main foyer . 
Derricks there to greet you and make sure that your breakfast is wonderful along with a warm cup of coffee.

Super 8 Morden Mb Fabulous

Came on a quick golf getaway from Winnipeg.  The hotel is very basic.   Place is kinda dated.  It's evident that the hotel is newer (last 10-15 years) but has had minimal upkeep.  The front desk guy just sleeps...  Pool and hot tub was ok, a little skuzzy but we drank it pretty. 

The free breakfast was all locked up at 8:30 am.  Had to wake the dude up to get some eats. I think the place had maybe 10 rooms booked. 

On a positive note.  The ladies that clean your room here are super friendly, hardworking and kind.  Not the worst place to stay but certainly not the best.   

What is up with the toilet seat?  

Everything is a little slower in the country...

The motel is a bit older and could use a bit of an upgrade. At least here we had a luggage cart to use. (Thank goodness.)The pillows and the bed were hard. We could hear the guests walking in the room above us. TV picture was a bit snowy at times. Shower was good. There was a continental breakfast that you picked up and took back to your room. (toast, bagels, muffins, cereal, yogurt, etc.) The coffee was okay. The fellow at the front desk was very friendly and helpful though we did have a small problem communicating but it worked out fine. All in all it was an okay stay.

Had everything we needed

 Breakfast was awful ice cold coffee, moldy bread, juice machine broken and no fresh fruit. Not offered a discount due to having to go out for breakfast. Our room had a burn mark on the carpet from someone leaving the cloths iron on the floor turned on

Bad food

Enjoyed my stay here! The hotel staff were all terrific and very friendly. I was travelling with my fur baby and we BOTH had a wonderful stay. Would have loved to use the pool however I didn’t have quite enough time. Planning to stay here again in the near future ☺️  Thank you all for your outstanding hospitality.

Best stay

Hotel is in need of a significant remodel. Prices are very high for the quality of the hotel and the breakfast is very sub par for a Wyndham or even a super 8 as items like hot eggs or waffles are a staple at other Wyndham’s, none of those things are available here.

Dated and poorly managed

Grounds need work Breakfast is bad and sad  your better off not eating it   cheapest of everything. Rooms fairly clean but are carpets stained dirty  Staff friendly   The place is getting run down. Pool cold and not cleanest. Need updating

Need work

We stayed for one night due to a sports event in the town and hoped that could be a nice way to spend a night out.
We were greeted by a quite rude young man. He definitely shouldn't be working with hospitality/clients. 
Besides that, the place was the average hotel one should expect. Old-ish rooms (ours was quite dark and with smelly carpets) and not much to do. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom clean.

It could possibly have 2&1/2 stars, but is really subpar. Hard to regulate AC, towels are threadbare with holes, dirty spots on floors & walls, and the help is not friendly.  Sad breakfast.  They also tried to charge us more than had been quoted. When we pointed it out, they made the change but it was still way overpriced!  We won’t be back.

Substandard

Overall my stay was not terrible but the beds were very firm which made a good night sleep a challenge. The staff were very friendly, the room was clean and well kept. It seemed to be a well built building as there were several other guest staying there but I heard nothing from them once I was in my room.
