I notice that there are glowing reviews dating back to 2014/5.
Please be aware that yes, the rooms are clean and extremely well equipped but are no longer a bed and breakfast. However, you can get some lovely breakfasts just in the next street. It is a lovely locati9n and we felt very safe and comfortable walking out. Just watch out for the skunisex,😉
We were greeted by the gentleman who was really nice and informative, but although I did the whole telephonic transaction with the lady, we never met her.
Neither of them asked if everything was ok and there was no one to see us off on our day of departure. Both my husband and I found this most strange for this whole affair.

Georgian Residence

Really disappointing... we booked a B&B for the proximity to the guests. It was a hotel room nothing more. Still nice and clean. No lunch at this price! Should be more identified in this category so unable to offer the service that comes with it.

L. de Charlevoix

We ended up in this charming inn by chance, everything is super tastefully decorated and very detailed, and the owner was very nice and provided us with local tips and arranged our table reservation.

A night of dreams

I booked this as a B & B. But it's not. It's just a Bed. The location is good. The pool was not open despite photos of the pool. Price is higher than others, especially since it did not include breakfast. Apparently they used to have a breakfast as I read reviews in their guest book. There are literally dozens of other B & B's I think I would have chosen. Book far in advance to have the most options, maybe even a year in advance.

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was beyond amazing. The location is perfect. The suites are amazing. We had a lounge with a fireplace and it was beautiful. The hosts are so accommodating. We used the fire place and just when we thought we were out of wood we opened our door and they had replaced the wood we had used. 
We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Amazing location!

We traveled to Canada as a family to attend a family wedding in Mississauga (5 of us attended) but as we wanted to make the most of our time in Canada we used the opportunity to have a holiday in the beautiful town of Niagara on the lake.

As we are from Scotland it was really nice to be welcomed by Bobby (an ex-pat Scot) to his wonderful 1830's Georgian home. I say home because that is exactly what it felt like, Bobby and his wife made us so welcome that we did feel like part of their family during our short stay with them.

I suppose I need to say a bit about the accommodation. I actually mentioned to Bobby that for the first time the pictures and website did not really do his property the justice it deserved. I could wax on lyrically about how nice it was, how luxurious it was, how central to everything it was, how clean it was, how comfortable it was...ya-de-ya, but I wont. 

Go there and discover it for yourself, it is fabulous and you wont be disappointed!

A big thank you to our hosts Bobby and Kate for looking after us and even more so for allowing my niece to stay with us at the last minute (for no extra charge) thank you. Finally a huge thank you to Lauren who kept the rooms immaculate for us.

A wonderful stay in Niagara on the lake

Nice place but for 1500 dollars for a 2 night stay one didn’t expect to have to share the pool with the owners children. Also, be prepared for the dog to scare you when coming out of the bottom room door as it jumped up the glass door to adjoining property which then scared my daughter into bumping into the wall. 

Ripped off really.

Not what I expected.

Excellent ground floor room with its private balcony for evening air. Guests are reserved and very welcoming. Very well placed to eat or go out on Queens Street which is at a street corner. The carriages pass by the side of the house and you can walk them sitting on the private balcony. Full room and TV with Apple TV. Unfortunately with the big heat air conditioner could not provide. Possibly a mechanical problem. And there is no lunch on the street corner but there are 2 good restaurants for lunch at a very reasonable price.

Great room and back in time.

A quick overnight at the Georgian Residence Luxury Suites has made me want to return in the summer to use the backyard amenities.  The suites are VERY roomy with nice furnishings and you can't help but be comfortable.  Having the additional room was an added treat and the ability to make coffee or tea in the morning was perfect.  There is no included breakfast, which I loved as we weren't forced to get up early and there are plenty of places in the village to enjoy brunch.  Location is clutch as it is close enough to walk to the village but also a quick ride to town or the wineries....Two Sisters Winery has a great dining room that I would highly recommend.  Not sure what else you could need or want.  A return stay is without question.
