A quality ,well kept campground with treed sites ,clean washroom facilities and a congenial staff .would highly recommend to fellow motor home campers .Facilities for separating recycling and waste very well organized

The cottages are clean and the kids enjoyed the facilities. The owners are nice and friendly. The area is so quiet. The beds are clean and comfortable. Was really nice time and this is our third year in this place kids and adults enjoying it.

Wonderful 

We rent a camp site. Host at checking was very friendly. Camping ground is well maintained. Grass is mowed everywhere, nice gravel, no mud in camp site, clean pool & washroom facility also very clean. 



Great experience.

Before making a reservation at this cottage, read reviews. They are pretty accurate. The main issue for us were horrible beds! People have been complaining about the quality of the beds in this cottage since 2008, well it's August 2023 and it hasn't changed. Why would they change anything to make the stay of their guests more enjoyable, if they still get their money without investing any in improving things...They just don’t care! The pillows were flat, the mattresses were terrible, we could feel every spring. It felt like we were sleeping on rocks!!! We paid for 3 nights in a 2-bedroom cottage, but left after 2 with a back pain. It basically ruined our vacation. We left more worn out than when we arrived.
There was no WiFi available, no shampoo or conditioning, no coffee or tea, no propane bbq. The water also tasted weird (we brought our own favourite tea and it had weird taste). We do give 2 stars for cleanliness and heated outdoor pool, which was nice, but we will not be back to this facility or recommend it to anyone. 


Horrible beds!

This is the second time I have stay here ,last year and this year . I have book in for next year all ready . These is a family run place and they make you fill like family . The staff works hard to make it a lot of fun to be there . The bath room and showers are very clean . The pool is big and warm ,they have cottages around the lake to .

Great place to stay

Recently stayed here for 2 nights with my husband and adult daughter.  Was very clean and comfortable.  Everything provided in the cottage for our stay.  Very quiet, nice pool and we had a lovely and relaxing time

2 bedroom cottage

Great place. Very nice people nice pool lake is beautiful ☺️  loved my time there. Going again forsure  highly recommend family's children and couples great experience the pool is heated the lake is beautiful and the trails are great for walking or hiking. Multiple trails all labeled. Definitely going again highly recommend

Camping 🏕️

As the name implies, these are individual cottages placed around a small lake.  Ours was well equipped with kitchen appliances, new couch and chairs in living room and the bed was comfortable.  Everything was clean and adequately lit.  Outside had a deck with chairs.  A charcoal grill was adjacent.  Lots of windows for ventilation.  Electric heat with thermostat in each room.  The lake has small boats for rent.  No swimming, except for the ducks.  A nice  pool is available, but no lifeguard.  You can drive right up to your cottage.

Pleasant Stay

Rented the small cabin for one night, last one left. Double bed was super soft, and cushy. Cabin was outdated, but super clean, and cozy. Clean bathroom. 
Very beautiful and unique landscape/setting. 
3$ every half hour for canoe or paddle boat rentals, super good price. Relaxed
Pleasant staff, easy check in, great service.
4$ bundles of firewood(very dry)
Bought three bundles, almost burnt 2 bundles in about 3 to 3.5 hours. 
Flys weren’t bad at all, but found a couple ticks after coming in from the fire. Can’t really help it.
Robins donuts 5 mins away for morning coffee. 
Not to far away from the basics which is nice. Gas station close by. 
Very nice drive. 
Would recommend.
 Stayed in cabin 3. 
Also gave us 4$ back for returning the unused bundle of wood. Which surprised me as most other campgrounds love to squeeze for the firewood bucks.
Great spot. Will be returning.

Beautiful little campground/cottages

We spent canada day weekend here arriving saturday morning.  Check in was a breeze and they also lent us 4 towels because we forgot ours at home.  The grounds are very well kept and the little store can cover what ever you may need within reason.  The camping spot (12) was big enough for a pop up trailer, screen tent, tarp, fire pit and a full size truck.  It also had lots of tree cover which was a plus since we recieved about 50mm of rain that weekend.  The pool was clean and heated, the boats were 3$ per half hour, and the bathroom was close.  Speaking of bathrooms this was one of the cleanest most well kept washrooms Ive ever seen on a campground.... hands down.  Also, behind the building was a dish washing station and a small laundry facility.  The place is about 10 minutes to downtown annapolis royal but beware... the liquor store is closed in town on sunday ahah. Great place to stay with friends family and children.
