Used Wyndham's online system to request information about booking a family event with a meeting room and several hotel rooms. I provided ALL the detail requested and after a week with no response, I called instead. The receptionist told me that anyone at the front desk could help me -- WRONG.  She was beyond useless and rudely put me on hold several times during my call.  If you are not in a position to complete a call with a customer, DON'T offer to help them, or suggest a way they can talk to someone who is actually available for a full 3-5 minute call.  Her manner was rude, her helpfulness was non-existent. In fact, she asked me to give some alternate dates for my event and to every single date I asked about, she immediately said the meeting room and all the hotel rooms were fully booked. If you know something (like all rooms and event facilities are booked for every weekend in Jan and Feb) maybe LET the customer know.  This was a complete waste of my time. 

Btw, their pool is closed for "repairs" and they have no idea when it will be available for use. They have not adjusted their rates for this inconvenience...   Try the Stampeder Inn - no pool, but a nice breakfast, newly renovated rooms and staff who really care about their customers (and potential customers)

We love this hotel! The amenities are great, the staff is amazing. They allow pets which is fantastic. The price is great. The only issue is the last time we stayed the room clearly had someone who locked their pet in the bathroom which tried to dig through the door. As a responsible pet owner who pays extra to have a pet in my room it’s disheartening that the pet owner was not charged additional money to repair the damage. I pay a premium to have my pet stay but damage done by other animals isn’t repaired. Why do I pay more when damage done isn’t fixed???

Repairs needed

Room and hotel were clean and relaxing.  No breakfast included but A&W is right there so that was no big deal.  Location was ver convienient and easily found.  There was snow and a little ice and the lot was sanded so no worries of slipping.  Overall a good stay.  

Great place to stay

the lack of proper communication  and disrespect by the maintenance man. Further more,  the front desk clerk that called my room that night blaming us was not good.  the rooms , hot tub and pool were great.

Yeah cool pool with water slide and popcorn machine. Breakfast was ok. Don’t know what they cooked with but it wasn’t flavor. But the mattress in our room we could feel and hear every single rusty spring in there. Had a bad sleep.

Great place to stay.  Staff very accommodating and friendly.  Breakfasts offer good variety of hot and selections.  Excellent housekeeping in all areas of property.  Pool is great activity for all the family.

Always choose this Ramada

Staff is lovely, and the incredibly hardworking crew is always willing to accommodate. However, the decor and rooms really need to be updated and refreshed. Overall clean and comfortable, but definitely outdated and old. 

Than pool was so great. Kids loved it. and the breakfast exceeded my expectations!! 

Amazing staff!

Friendly staff, clean hotel. Breakfast was amazing, would definitely recommend! Stayed with a hockey team and we made some noise, they let us use the front lobby gathering space as well with no issues.

Customer service was good when someone was at the desk. Friendly and helpful. 

Breakfast was very good. They had good variety and was different every day which was nice. 

The pool is a great hotel pool with maybe the fasted slide I have ever been on. 

The rooms were spacious and clean. 

Bathrooms were small

Bed and pillows were comfy for hotel beds. 

Price is high but that’s what you get for small town hotel

Worth the stay for sure.

Home away from home for the weekend

Excellent clean hotel great service easy check in check out great pool and hit tub comfy beds clean rooms.  Probably the only thing I could say is maybe due for updated guest rooms at some point but they were still adequate clean and comfy
