We have wonderful memories of the time we spent in this beautiful house and with Danielle and Laurent. Despite an overnight arrival in the rain and stressed because the GPS of the car absolutely did not want to get us to the right address, the tension quickly dropped thanks to the reception of Danielle and Laurent. We had taken the largest room with the kitchen downstairs and the rooms on the upper floor: Chinese deco right to left with 1 kitchen from 1930.

The heartbeat of our road trip

We were very welcomed by Laurent and Danielle, who welcomed us as friends to their homes. It was nice to be able to talk to local people who helped us understand a lot of things that you can't get by just going to hotels. The rooms are comfortable and decorated in a nice old style.

Like at home.

Staying with my daughter from the 5th to the 9th of September. Exceptional guests care about their guests constantly. Danielle's lunches are delicious, her ancestral home is very warm like her guests.

The best of both worlds

We stayed two nights, Danielle and Laurent were so nice they made us feel at home, made delicious breakfast, gave us great advice on things to do and places to eat. We had great conversations in the morning. 
Room was large and comfy. Best B&B we stayed at during our trip!

Loved this B&B

We stayed for three days, with friendly people, enriching conversations! A very comfortable place, a small summer cottage located right next to the cottage, a nice place to relax and warm up a meal. Very accommodating people. Lunch was very good. Laurent informed us very well about all the activities to do around. We thought we were away from everything but it was perfect for the activities. A compromise between the town of Gaspé and Faurillon and very accessible for the whale cruise. Thank you Danielle and Laurent!

Unforgettable moments!

This 100+ year old home has been lovingly restored and updated to provide every amenity a guest could ask for. Staying five nights in the summer kitchen apartment was enjoyable in every way and I am already looking forward to going back! Danielle and Laurent provide spotless and very comfortable accommodations with touches of spa-like luxury and oh-so-delicious breakfasts! There is even a lovely room available for preparing quick lunches and dinners, and beach access with sandy swimming in the Gaspé Bay just across the road. 

The best part of staying with Danielle and Laurent is their friendliness and warmth. This is the house which my great-grandfather built and where we visited every summer. I am absolutely delighted to have new memories of le Meilleur des 2 Mondes which only complement the ones I have of "going to Grandpa's." 

Thank you, Danielle and Laurent, for everything. I am already looking forward to returning to the beautiful Gaspé coast and staying with you again!

A beautifully restored home with every comfort....

This is the house that my great-grandfather, Luther Coffin, built with his own magnificent hands, on the land that my ancestors settled on 250 years ago. My grandfather was born here, as was my mother, my aunt, and my uncles. After staying in the summer kitchen this year, I'm very happy that Danielle and Laurent have created a warm and inviting home for their guests. The house is filled with magnificent joy, humor, stories, and fabulous food, just as I remember from my childhood. The house itself is beautiful, filled with comfortable antique furniture and period artwork. In front of the house is a private cabin filled with beautiful birdwatching, beachcombing, swimming, and sunsets.

A home filled with love and laughter, in one of the most picturesque areas of the world.

Home of great comfort and excellent hospitality

Very comfortable and very clean accommodation, very convenient to access the Forillon Park, very warm welcome from Laurent and Danièle who advise you on the ballads to do, refined and delicious lunches, a must-see.

That's a great step for calm.

We stayed one night in this B&B. We were warmly welcomed by Danielle who made us feel at home. The structure has a typical, particular furnishing and cleanliness is impeccable. The red room is small but cozy. Great is the breakfast based on fruit, pancakes and homemade sweets. Danielle and her husband are excellent hosts, very kind and available to provide any information.
