We spent one night in August 2022 in this hostel. We can only recommend it. A great welcome, a room with everything you need and a very generous breakfast.

It's a very nice place.

Not available for rent. No lunch served despite leaving at 7:45. Don't keep your commitments. At 22:45 rent a next-door basement room after saying it won't happen. Don't deserve to be accepted as a hostel. Clean place. Really cheap. What you want is $$$ no more. Ridiculous and abusive.

Really not a good experience in this place.

I called the hostess when we got here and she told us that there were keys in the mailbox and we had to pick one of the rooms. The first room we opened, there was laundry on the bed, so we had already urinated. We chose another room. But the same key opened both rooms  No one came to see us to make sure we had it all. I met the hostess when I was in the bathroom around 10pm, she was listening to the TV with headphones.

Go somewhere else!

Despite booking six months in advance, and confirmation, the host who made a mistake couldn't take us in, and she offered us, for the same price, her sister's cottage 20 km from hers, Joseph Ross's cottage that I recommend.

A mistake in his booking led us to a different path.

Ginette is adorable and will put herself in 4 to satisfy you Breakfast exceptional now it's true that the apartment dates a little, especially upstairs girl, little communicative it's true, but useful a nice step that denotes hotel chains I'll go back without hesitation

Ginette's kindness

The Good: The Gite is just off the main road and about 20-30 minutes drive from the national park.  We had a 2 bedroom apartment so lots of space and full kitchen. It was reasonably clean.
Other: the "breakfast" part of the "bed and breakfast" did not seem to exist - at least we were never invited.  The apartment was obviously lived in - not set up for rental. Things were bundled up in the fridge so that we wouldn't touch them.   No basic items available eg. salt and pepper, sugar, coffee maker (or coffee), tea. The internet worked occasionally when you stood at one particular place in the hallway, but not in the bedrooms or the living room. When we went to pay the night before our departure, the landlord was nowhere to be found - even though other guests were arriving (and simply found a note).  We woke her up the next day (and she was not pleased, though it was almost 8 am) and she asked for cash for a stay that cost well over 350 dollars.  I don't carry that much cash so she had to settle for a cheque.  Overall it was an unusual situation and I do not recommend it.

Good location, but. . .

Sleeping here has left us a beautiful memory. Hosted by a nice lady who, although she only speaks French, is very available and can make herself understood, we enjoyed our stay in this magical village steeply descending on the sea and this structure is very typical. Very clean and bright environments, despite the outdoor bathroom in the hallway. Breakfast is prepared at the moment by the lady, who also has a loving red mice who will come to ask for your shells. Honest price! View from the nearby beach, reachable on foot in a few minutes. Absolutely satisfied!

A friendly reception by Ginette, who prepares a rich and varied breakfast.The place is very well located 30 minutes from the Gaspésie National Park.

We stayed one night and it was very nice. Nice welcome. Excellent lunch and very courteous. We really enjoyed it. Very spacious room, good bed, lots of decoration and warm. Well located in Ste-Anne Mountains and a few kilometers from a mine you must not miss, at the Lyall mine where you can prospect yourself. Super Debelle experience.

All right, all right.

Nice and hospitable lady, very clean house, plenty of homemade breakfast, delicious and quiet puppy and cat, small but pleasant room, highly recommended, great location for Gaspesie Park.
