No professionalism have booked and when they arrived she didn't note the right date really rotten plus I told her I wanted to sleep on Saturday night having no more room nowhere during the gp3r had to go back to the Saguenay

Really, but really...

The motel is located very close to the city centre. The owners are friendly. The service is good and the prices are reasonable. Well, it's not a 5-star hotel (actually, it would need a refurbishment), but it's okay for a night or two. The value for money is definitely there.

A practical motel

The room is nice but old and smelly, no window that opens, the only way to ventilate is to run the noisy air conditioning all night, no coffee machine in the room, not even the front desk, next time I go to T-R, I'll try somewhere else.

Disappointed

The reception is warm and very nice. The rooms are spacious, with refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom is very small but functional with good pressure under the shower. Two beds in the room, the first confo the second finished and very soft. I ordered a thinner and very soft pillow, I got back with a new pillow. As for the maid, she comes home without your consent whether you ask her to stay away or not. To me it's a shame. But for the rest, it was fine. Near everything!

No pretence, well for one night maybe two

I made a reservation with a lady, she said everything was ok, I wanted to give her my credit card information she said it wasn’t necessary she said the same for a confirmation number, she said our room was booked for the Saturday & Sunday. I mentioned we would be arriving late, she said ok.
My husband phoned 2 times to let them know what times we would be checking in once saying 11pm and another 10pm. Both phone calls went to voice mail, both times he left his cell number for a return call and no call was returned. Around 10pm we headed to the motel only to find out that they had rented out our room. My husband even showed them from his phone that he called them but they didn’t care the basically called him a liar, saying they were there all evening. They were not helpful in giving us a room even though the vacancy sign was lit. We were unable to rent another Motel as there was a baseball game in the City that weekend. We had to head back to our friends and put them out of their beds, sleeping on the floor.
We will never recommend this Motel to anyone.

TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT

They really don't have it, they really don't have it, they look stupid, they look stupid, they look very stupid, and they just refuse to stay, we've been served much better elsewhere, by the way, there's a hotel school in Three Rivers, the owner should go, he really needs it,

How to Avoid

Big room but recovery furniture, unpleasant odors, clean at first glance but wondering if the laundry was washed with laundry... no better than we do with it.

Second class motel!!!

The room was very nice. We didn't notice an unpleasant smell as the other comments said. The bathroom would need to be refurbished, but it's still functional. The bed is right for one or two nights, too hard for my taste. The room was clean. On the other hand, the big noise problem with the air conditioner that stops and leaves without stopping, prevented me from sleeping half the night. Still, very good price ratio.

Good for a night or two.

The smoking room filled with the smell of cigarettes, even the clean lingerie in the bathroom smelled like smoke. Two dried stains of blood on the laundry that had been washed but not removed. The non-smoking room upstairs smelled the humidity without a working window. Renovations were needed.

Smells

Well as a hotel we went on the weekend of challenge 255 we slept well and the very warm welcome the lady even lent us her dryer as we had forgotten ours.
