We had a wonderful time. We loved the river and the lighthouse was spectacular. Watching the geese and ducks was fun.  The Room was so different from the usual humdrum  style, certainly a pleasure to stay in.

Totally enjoyable 

We stayed at Hollywood Cottages a couple of decades ago. This stay brought back many fond memories for us. Our cottage was clean and nicely decorated. We had a beautiful view of the river with lots of ducks and geese. The staff was very helpful and friendly. 

Enjoyable and relaxing 

Excellent facility. Lucked out and had a balcony at rear. Lingering faint marijuana smell however the only negative thing about the room. Directly across from orbit the less crowded beaches. Walk to main strip however a bit dangerous though due to tiny sidwalk 

Excellent price and location 

The rooms are on a waterfront side arm. There is a barbecue on the grounds that you can use. Walmart is 5 minutes away by car. Within a minute you are at the beach.

Nice location.

Easy to find, near beach & cute accomodation. Equipped enough for basic meal preparation if desired. Contemporary furnishings. Different window dressings might be nice as not any privacy unless curtains fully closed but a small issue for an overnight stay. Certainly well priced for an off season stay.

Good stopover near beach.

I booked a cottage here for our Anniversary getaway Sept 9-11. It did not disappoint. It has everything you need plus a kitchenette if you wanted to stay in and cook for yourself. We choose to venture to Collingwood for our anniversary dinner at Northwinds…also highly recommend.  Despite the cottages being fully booked, we did not hear any of our neighbours. We had an amazing stay. The proximity to the main beach was great, a few steps away from the cottage, just across the street. We’re hoping to make this an annual anniversary getaway. Maybe next year we’ll do a week stay. Highly recommend this property. 

Anniversary getaway

Lovely space, everything was clean and cute. Enough stuff for cooking (inside and outside with BBQ). Sweet staff. The extra is the location at 2 min from the beach, so so great. Definitely coming back!

It was a very wonderful stay I enjoyed it, the rooms was spotless, clean and bright the owners was great, very nice, Will recommend this place, they have nice views around

Clean

The owner and the employes were very kind.The place was clean and the furniture was recent. We had all the comodities we needed we just had to brouht our clothe and food. The only thing missing was a clothesline so we could hang our bath and beach towels. Otherwise everything was perfect. The place is at 2 minutes walk from the beach, ideal with the kids. We would definitly come back for another stay. 



Perfect place near the beach

Clean and comfortable place to stay. Walking distance to the beach.  I love the balcony overlooking the lighthouse perfect for breakfast. Very  relaxing view.  Owner and staff are very accommodating. I would love to comeback again with friends next year.
