Hands-down, the worst experience you can have at Whistler. A drunken idiot has been pounding on the door of the room below us for 45min screaming for someone to let him him, security hasn’t arrived, and when we arrived in our unit all of the linens were dirty, there was trash everywhere, and there were soaked towels on the floor. I’d rather sleep in a sleeping bag filled with angry badgers than stay here again.

Not safe

I have had good stays in unit 212 and 508! The building is in a great location next to Blackcomb, and has a good pool and hot tub. The hot tub is under this cute glass igloo. The halls and entry look a bit dated, and the units I stayed in were renovated and really nice!

Unit 212 was awesome!

Place was bad and dirty, no air conditioning or even a fan and during summer in whistler this is extremely uncomfortable. Shower curtain was broken. Bed sheets has stain and dirty. We really had a bad experience. Theres is no front desk on site and checking in is a complete hustle. Please stay away at this place or at the very least dont stay at room 303 cause you’ll definitely regret it. Lastly dont be fooled by there advertising there is no pool or jacuzzi on site available. I choose this place because it said that it has pool and jacuzzi available because other hotel have it closed because of covid but this place said it was open unfortunately thats a big lie..

Stay away at this property!!!!!

We had a great time staying here for three days. Once we figured out how close we were to be able to walk/ski to the Blackcomb Village it was easy. There was a nice lit path to get you there as soon as you cross over the street. Would definitely stay here again. The only downfall was the pool/hot tub did not open until 10:00 am and we wanted to have a dip in the hot tub before we hit the slopes, but it was not open yet.

Great location to the Blackcomb village

Dianne Kincaid and Mark Spangler made no effort to allow television and internet use in this apartment.  Indicated I had not read the small print.  No intention to fix for future.  Telephone and phone messages went unanswered,  or replied to after excessive delays.  Misinformation about entry after 10:00 was not clarified, resulting in my staying in unnecessarily.  Even prison has TV.  I paid HomeAway over $3000 for nine days and was shocked at this treatment.  
Avoid.

Marquise #316 Dreadful customer service

Good location but I would never stay here again. The room itself was dated and was definitely not cleaned properly prior to our stay. There were marks of what looked like blood near the front door handle to start with, then marks on the bathroom cupboard that were very visible and could have easily been cleaned up by the housekeeping staff. Then used wash cloths hanging from the shower! The sink faucet was completely loose you could have ripped it right off and the shower knob broke off when you started the shower. It just was not maintained well and I honestly had to think twice about even sleeping in the bed considering nothing else seemed to have been cleaned. Our stay was short so we didn't even make use of the kitchen or living room much but I'm sure it wasn't any better.

Good location but the room was gross

We had a great week over New Year in this cosy and well appointed apartment. It was quiet and warm, and convenient for the ski slopes, just a hop over the road. The bed was huge and the HD TV was a huge bonus for lazy evenings. It’s a short walk to restaurants and shops and very pleasant either down the piste or through the woodland walk. There is a also a bus. West Wind Properties were excellent in their services and I was impressed with their contact throughout. 

Convenient 

Located just a short walk above the Blackcomb base.  Not really ski in / out but the slopes are pretty much across the road and along the valley trail 200m.  
The property has an outdoor pool, open year round and an solarium type hot tub which is fairly big but can get crowded.
It is a well built building so quite quiet.  Good amenities with ski lockers etc.
Many of the rooms are getting tired, but are serviceable (not luxury).  Watch out for the sofa beds!

Great Property

We had a great week at 508 at The Marquise. Great condo with two bedrooms with completely renovated bathrooms. Easy access to Blackcomb track and just a 12-minute walk from the village of Whisler. Great mountain view. Perfect for two couples or a family with multiple children.
