It is located in the central city and nearby subway system.  It is a good cleaning and safety facilities. People are very nice and helpful. This is a good place for holiday travel. I hope to come back in the future.

This is the only facility in Beijing's central city to obtain RCI membership qualifications.  It has no other comparable facilities in the same location.

Longtou Hotel in  Central city of Beijing

This is definitively not a resort. If u need a place to sleep while visiting Beijing this will do. We went through RCI. People at reception where nice and helpful but no english. If u want to enjoy your trip prepare yourself in advance. Room was recently renovated floors, bathroom, kitchen, fridge, microwave etc. No western cutlery we had to buy some. Super clean, they cleaned the unit everyday. Bring your own soap, shower cap etc. Location is great 5 min from Shilihe metro station. Line 10. Google shows it really far but not so. Get out of the hotel make a left, make a right at the corner, left at the gas station, 1 and a half blocks and there is the metro. Supermarket. Get out of the hotel make a left, right at the corner, first left you will see a Burger king, supermarket is next to it. Bring plenty of cash with you, Apple or leypay. NOONE will take visa or MasterCard. Take your passport with you everywhere, you have to show u to enter all tourist places. No Google, facebook, instagram, not even Google store. Download your apps in advance Wechat, Baudu etc. We steuggled with the food there is a very nice french restaurant 2 blocks from the Lama Temple Cafe de la Porte. They speak english, most people dont. There is a french bakery in some places Paris Baguette and a pizza place in a couple of big malls, some hotels have western food but to us it tested chinese. Maybe the condiments used. Wonderful trip people try to help and are very friendly. We printed a map of the metro with english and chinese characters. It helped a lot when asking for directions. Prepare yourself before hand and you wont have any problem. They airport express is great and takes you right to line 10. Not worth paying for a taxi. Very hard to exchange money do it at the airport. Lots of banks when you get out of the hotel, make a left and a left again at the corner. Enjoy its a beautiful place. Hotel is ok, not the best not bad either just a good and clean place to stay.

If u want to visit Beijing

Very ordinary apartments, old and tired.  Location is a bit out of the way and the building is not signed in English. Even the taxi drivers and tour drivers were unclear how to find the place
It is walking distance 10 mins from a MRT station though
Little to no English from the ground staff. It served its purpose this time but I would not go back

Longtou Apartments (RCI)

My comments are that is a good apartment in downtown of Beijing, , good according to the price paid, but there is not ammenities, neither sporting facilities, swimming pool.
It is just a place to Sleep, No English Spoken at All.

Big Beiging Lontou Apartment

We got the sorriest room you could imagine. Dirty with no heater workingFortunately my wife is Chinese and she ripped them a new one and wewere moved to a better roomBut if you are expecting a quality room with quality amenities you neednot come to the hotel. It had a lot to be desired.Please note that China does not generally allow tipping of the employees.

If at first you get crap

Location is very good. The carpets in the room seem to have never been cleaned. Please carry your own toiletries as the resort does not provide any. Carry soap also as that is also not provided or replenished unless asked for.

Longtou Hotel Review

Never for non Chinese tourist. You are away from almost everything, food, travel counters, guides, language translators, shopping, taxis which the hotel does not call but asks us to wait outside and flag ourselves. They have no bell desk ... wow.

bad services, am not recommend to traveler to stay especially for family trip. There is no reception counter only got security staff there, cant't get any help to get a car to travel around. This apartment below our expectation!

not family friendly hotel

It is a little way out of most of the attractions in Beijing except Panjiayuan Flea Market. Not much selection of eateries and shopping malls. Mainly specialty malls like antique malls and furniture malls in the vicinity. The hotel is very, very dated. Though the premises are kept clean and tidy, some of the furnishings are falling apart eg. peeling paint, peeling moldy wallpapers, stained bathtub etc. There is no 

The proximity to the subway station is the only saving grace.

I visited this property as part of an RCI exchange. There were no problems with check-in or check-out, and the room was bigger than expected. The room was clean, and every day the refrigerator on the room was provided with bottled drinking water. The mattress was hard, but that didn't compare to other hotels in China. The staff at the reception was helpful. There is nothing to mention in the vicinity of the hotel, but the nearest subway station is about four blocks away, so it's easy to get to other parts of Beijing. There's a small dining/bar at the hotel, but I've never eaten here. The next restaurant in the immediate vicinity was a restaurant about two blocks away, and there were other options on the U-Bahn line (Hill Block 10).
