Apart from the fact there was construction outside, with no signs to the entrance, once inside, we left.
Dirty mouldy rooms.
Maybe they are about to renovate, so if this happens, location wise, it is great, but we had to leave.  It was an embarassment for the guest that had flown from Australia to join us.

We left within 10 minutes

The hotel is very well located - almost on Sidan Street, the metro is 5 minutes' walk away, there are plenty of places where you can eat quite tasty and budget (from McDonald's to pure Chinese common food). The hotel is only a Chinese one (the others haven't been seen for 9 days) but despite our complete lack of knowledge of a language other than Russian with the help of a speaker and a calculator the staff understood us very well - generally at the reception very good service. The room corresponds to 4*(all the set in the room was provided daily)...of course the carpet could be cleaner))))) but I was regularly cleaned and had three beds. Breakfast was acceptable for a small price and the officials were attentive - we tried to be satisfied with a good train and a warning!

This hotel is not professional at all, especially the hotel management is not there for the customers, and this was the first hotel where I didn't have free water in the room. Also, you'll be greeted here by a very dirty and stained carpet, and you won't feel comfortable using the towel. Plus the disturbing street noise. My first room smelled bad, but I got another one quickly (the staff's behavior isn't so bad, but the service could be better). But the information in the hotel is also not up-to-date, such as the times I couldn't go swimming because the pool closed earlier than the Internet is in order.

Dirty, loud and unprofessional management!

差, 脏 ，不专业！最多2星。Not professional, especially the management and lack of considerations for customer and the first hotel i have with no complimentary drinking water. You are also welcomed with the very dirty carpet with stains everywhere and you feel relatively not comfortable using the towel compare to many other hotels.The noise from the traffic is also quite bad. The first room i was signed in was smelly but the staff changed the room for me (staff manner not too bad but service can be better).Information also not updated such as the pool time and I didnot manage to swim because they closed the pool earlier than what was written in the leaflet. Internet ok.

Poor, dirty, unprofessional! Up to 2 stars. Unprofessional, especially management and lack of respect for customers, and this is also the first hotel where I didn't have free drinking water. You'll also be greeted by a very dirty rug with lots of stains, and you'll feel relatively uncomfortable using a towel compared to many other hotels. The noise of street traffic is also quite large. The first room I registered in was stinking, but the staff changed that room for me (the staff manners aren't so bad, but the service could have been better).
