We got a room in the right wing without air conditioning, and in China the batteries go off in April and the room was wet and cold. Hot water was poured out for a long time, and then it quickly got cold, because it was served from the rooftop tanks and warmed up by the sun. At the reception desk, she would go on her fingers for a long time explaining that the room was cold and the laundry wouldn't dry. Then they gave us a calorifer and it only warmed up the air by the morning.

i stayed the year before, April, 2013.  it's been a while,but i wanted to share my experience because when i took this trip i had a hard time finding information.  This was part of a tour so don't know value wise if its a good choice.  the room was nice and the staff okay.  my only criticism is that its on the edge of town.  The Yak Hotel, where some of our group stayed seemed a better choice because it was so central.  Btw, Lhasa was better than I expected.   Tibet is a trip of a life time.

Breakfast's a nightmare, rooms are cleaned probably once a month, the bathroom is normal, hot water is a plus, Wi-Fi is only in the cold lobby, it was in October, it's a relatively long way to the center if you're walking.

It's a tough hotel, like everything else in Tibet.

Hotels in Tibet are generally not to be approached with the usual measure, because they are mostly terrible, but this feedback can be considered positive because: rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds, a comfortable bathroom, working air conditioning, a crisp wifi in the lobby, a comfortable green inner courtyard where in warm weather you can have a nice evening with friends. Breakfast is a nightmare, too.

The hotel is obviously not a three-star hotel, but a two-star hotel. Breakfast is bad, there's hardly any. Sometimes the air conditioners don't work in the rooms. But the beds are comfortable, rigid. The sanctuary is also less tolerant. The staff speaks English only at the reception.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 days, breakfast is terrible: on the tables it's not clear where the dishes are clean by their standards and where the dishes are dirty, in the room on the floor there are toothbrushes, the only plus of the hotel is the warm floor, a pleasant surprise, because without it the room is very cold (we were in October)

stayed here for two nights.  was moved here from another hotel that had bad beds.  the beds here were good.  actually the manager was very nice, he promised us to make our beds softer, put few blankets and comforters on top of mattress.  the area is residential and few restaurants around.  overall it was a good hotel.

the toilet was HRROLIBLE i was a little scared to use it the staff was good but not PERFECT the breakfast sucks unless your chinnese  bad view with to many pore dogs on the street of the hotel
