We had an AMAZING time here. It is a quiet part of the beach, free chairs for lounging, the staff are so incredibly kind and warm. We arrived early and they let us store our bags safely while we hit the beach. They cleaned our room early and let us in. Took our lunch orders for a set time and had everything ready for us at that time. The food was honestly delicious, get the mojarra it is so so so good. The room was nice too, space for all 4 of us easily and comfortably. Definitely will be staying here next time I'm at Playa Blanca.

So happy with our decision to stay here...will be returning!

There are no rooms overlooking the sea, it's a hallway with more chairs. to rest better it's the ones in the background, no noise and the view (for which they charge you more) is lost with the wet clothes hanging there. They didn't have the offer of the card, how little there was bad and about the prices and everyone knows what's going on. As for the activities, we hired other guides because what they do is resell them.

No son apartments with sea views.

They deceived me renting me a room near the night power motor. I could not sleep at all. When I asked them to refund the other nights I had payed they refused. Do not come. The motor works all night and does not let you sleep or enjoy the sea sound. Horrible experience.

Thieves

We arrived on the island on Christmas Eve and were horrified to discover that our hostel was already on fire 7 weeks ago! We received no information in advance and on Booking.com the hostel is still available. Since the island has only a limited overceibe road, we must walk the last two kilometers there. When we tried to contact the accommodation at 8:30 pm to ask to pick us up, we were told that it was too late! That the accommodation does not exist at the moment would be silent.

Hostel burned down!

A magical place where don hector makes you feel at home. come back soon! ubiquitous in a quiet part of the white beach, very relaxing looking at the sunset from the terrace. the food was good too. thanks hector!

The rooms are very comfortable. we choose the ones that have a balcony to the sea, the best choice. the excellent location, especially the beach where there are almost no stones in the area to bathe, and it is far from where the daily tours and the vendors go. very quiet and beautiful area. the meals that make it sound very good and at a good price. without a doubt I recommend staying here. they offer umbrellas, kayak, etc. very nice attention from Hector, Andijen and the girl who cooks very well by the way. no to take the plankton and the rosary island excursion with the snorkel through the natural, unmissable aquarium!

Very good stay.

My polite opinion, 
we came to do check-in at 16:50 and the room was not ready. We had to wait 20 min for him to clean it. There is no wifi until the evening.
at 21:50 we asked to shower and the owner that was "kind" to open his room door told us thats its to late and he told me "cho cho", and closed the door on me. We left the hostel at this moment.

*Bad service*

The hostel is located far away from the restaurants where the tours take place, it is very comfortable and offers chairs with umbrellas, very friendly the attention of Hector and his assistant, always attentive they offered us the super recommended plankton tour, waking up early and going for a walk is a good option.

Excellent choice of accommodation

The attention was terrible, we were robbed in the hotel, we asked to see the cameras and we were told that there was no light, so they did not record during the day. He treated us very badly and we ended up trying to complain to him about the insecurity of the place.

Disastrous for them.

Returning after 3 years and finding a total change of pace full of satisfaction, 7 super comfortable rooms, a spacious restaurant area, bar, bathroom, kayak and even a jet ski, are the new facilities I found, it remains one of the quietest hostels in Playa Blanca, as it is ending the beach line where there are not so many people.
