We stayed for two days and they didn't clean the room, the beds with the same saunas and towels, they didn't respect pre-arranged plan prices, many rooms lacked air conditioning making the stay annoying for some people as the smells were much more in the rooms without air conditioning, the staff very friendly, the food delicious.

They should be improved.

Old facilities, remodeled bathrooms. they didn't respect the price they gave me over the phone. we stayed two nights and didn't clean, didn't change towels, the air wasn't cool enough. the staff at the hotel is very friendly.

Ciudad de Colombia with a rich history on the banks of the intersection of the Gali and Magdalena rivers that is considered the largest in Colombia, in the pueblo you can appreciate a well-preserved area of colonial houses of spectacular beauty occupied by a few locals as some of these houses have been acquired by foreigners who want to have a resting place.The name of this population is due to the indigenous community of the Ondaimas that inhabited several centuries ago, this hotel is located in a warm climate where you can supply fish called nicuro de rico sabor.

It's a very nice hotel with very nice rooms, the swimming pools are clean, the attention of the hotel staff is also on our minds, and we stayed for two nights.

A moment of love

The hotel is comfortable and has two swimming pools, the food in general is good and the attention is the same, its rooms are quiet and seated.

Good price/quality ratio

It's a simple hotel, but with clean rooms, good food.We were in July and saw that some renovations were made to the pool area.The only problem I see is that some rooms are very small and lack a closet.

Hotel Cómodo

It's a comfortable hotel with spacious, seated rooms, some with air conditioning, some with ventilation, excellent staff care, 2 swimming pools and a children's pool, and good food.

For a good rest.

First things first, I knew perfectly that the hotel is a 3 star, so I got what I expected, no surprises. The pictures published are a bit misleading, because the reality is not that nice. The hotel management has done its best effort to maintain an old, long overdue building, located in a central location. I have to say and highlight that the staff is very friendly and helpful. Service was great, I had a good breakfast in a clean, well vented restaurant area. The pools need some work, mostly they need thorough cleaning, they have broken tiles here and there, there is a glass fence with several cracked pieces that give a bad image. The rooms also need some work but are acceptable. I asked for a room with a ceiling fan (I don't like AC) and it worked flawlessly, no awkward noises. The bed was fine, good mattress, clean sheets and towels. Cable TV worked with some blurry channels. The bathroom was clean, good shower, just the basics nothing fancy. So for a good night sleep it was perfect, EXCEPT for the fact that the street is really noisy, lots of trucks, buses and motorcycles all night long. One good thing is that I had secured indoor parking, very important with the heat and bright sun during the day. The free wifi was really weak and slow, but worked enough for e-mail checking and light browsing. The hotel is close to the river and its surrounding restaurants, which serve good quality fish dishes. I can say that the hotel is a bit pricy for what you get.
The town itself is good enough for a very short stay, 2 nights max, and so is the hotel. I had to change my plans and leave before time (one day before), but the manager kindly explained me that nothing can be done to reimburse the night I wouldn't stay due to regulations and commissions generated to Booking.com. So never again Booking.com, it is better to contact the property directly.
