Apart-hotel San Nicolas is well located in the centre. The appartment was quiet, well furnished and clean, with a tv, towels, soap etc.
Access to the sleeping area for the appartment was via very narrow stairs on the second floor mezzanine (not suitable for people with mobility issues).
The bed was meant to be a double bed but was actually a bit larger than a single bed. Owners friendly

Good but small bed

We stayed only one night, but we were delighted with the idea of staying at this hotel again for the next visit.The room was very comfortable, clean, pretty, with a private kitchen and bathroom.Close to the main park, around you can find restaurants, sights, etc. The attention was excellent and the price very cheap.

Excellent price-quality ratio

It's a very good accommodation option. It's a clean place, well-located, well-attended and well-served. If you hear the conversations in the hallway and those in the other rooms, but fortunately not until very late. As a suggestion, you need to better equip the kitchen. To cook alone there is a pan. You need at least a pot and little ones to facilitate the work. For example, cooking a hard egg in the pan takes at least half an hour and doesn't feel right. In addition, the tea must be served in the pots. Fortunately none was broken for serving hot drinks.

Well-placed and well-attended.

It's a super studio for an inn. It's clean, spacious, hot shower with running water. It's a very good location a few minutes' walk from the main square.

Good value for money

Located in the center, surrounded by several tourist spots. We were welcomed without reservation, which was very good considering that they made an exception with us. To improve the reinforcement of the alcobas since you can hear everything in the hallway, have a liquor store, and have a pot in the rooms since only the pan is not enough, include small pieces inside the dish. Make some arrangement with nearby car parks.

Visita Express is located in the city.

I'll make this short and sweet. For the price, the space and rooms are an excellent value. There is a bit of noise as the hotel is pretty open, but the space and comfort made up for this. The hotel is located very close to some beautiful churches as well. Most importantly, the owner/manager was helpful beyond words. When I left my one down jacket in Popayan, she had it mailed to Pasto. Thank yo so much for this!!!

Great value, WONDERFUL HELP.

There are few options for a furnished apartment short term in Popayan. These apartments are modern and clean. Centrally located and the staff are very friendly and helpful. However, the walls are thin, and they haven't put glass in the panels above the doors, thus you can hear everyone else in the other apartments. This is ok most of the time because its not a busy place. But, just recently Popayan has been inundated with cheap shops that have salesmen standing on the streets yelling that things are for sale. This goes on all day and is extremely loud and annoying. The hotel owners don't know what to do about it, so its up to us travellers to try to voice concern. If they fixed this problem, the hotel would be a great place to stay. Also, the bed is hard, but it seems all beds are hard in Colombia.
