Excellent and cozy facilities, the perfect place to relax and enjoy a few days of rest with friends and family.

Escape in the field.

The hotel is a campsite for oil workers. It's impossible to rest, it should be closed to tourists. - We used to visit this hotel many years ago, before the pandemic, and it wasn't like that... Camp Petrolero, not fit for rest.

For starters, we just got to the receptionist who was the nicest (is irony), the first recommendation: don't make noise because the engineers are asleep, but the next day we couldn't sleep because the engineers were going out and eating breakfast from 5 and 30 a.m., not counting the cleaners screaming at 6 a.m., the end of the guests' rest was no. The kitchen time theoretically was until 7 p.m., I asked about 7 a.m., but they served dinners until 9 a.m. for the engineers. An oil camp is not fit for rest.

Very clean and cozy, it feels like one in a private place. I recommend it. the pool is excellent, the interior has good scenery and with the option to go for a run around the surroundings. I would visit and stay in this place again.

It is a hotel with beautiful facilities, but unfortunately the hotel staff is not enough and this makes it not a good service.

A hotel that could improve its service

A highly recommended hotel, for all its attention, starting from the kitchen, through the dining room service, to its owners.Comfortable and clean rooms that make your stay a pleasant experience.in reality it is a very familiar hotel, the organization of the event to welcome the new year, spectacular.

What a nice hotel!...quiet, clean, comfortable, modern...very well served...by its administrator. there are no comments on security...but in my case it was total confidence swimming pool excellent..food 10/10....very comfortable rooms with all amenities...they lack some privacy...but it's an improvement.. parking lot and mini market good supply...recommended 100%

Excellent!!

Despite being a small place to rest, they do not have adequate security measures.In the early hours of April 30, 2017, several individuals broke into seven rooms and robbed us....if it hadn't been because in the middle of the robbery one of the guests had woken up, the number of victims would have been higher!!!The hotel did not respond at all and with the tranquility of the world manifests that such situations are normal!But...is it normal for one to pay for staying in a hotel to be robbed?I think they are very wrong, not recommended.

There is little security!

An unsafe place, it was an unpleasant experience, we were surprised at dawn by thieves who entered the hotel and mocked the lack of security of the place only cameras why they have no security company and who watches the cameras is the same person in charge of the pool and so on.

What a terrible experience!

Unfortunately, all that glitters is not gold!!! And this is what happened to us!!! Thieves broke into our room at 4:00 am, and no more and no more robbed us!!! What is the security of the hotel?? None, as well as the owner's responsibility because despite giving us their Word (which for us is a sign of commitment and respect) to date, we have not been denied the hotel's phone and we have been given a reply to the emails.
