Very clean and fun hotel with lots of character. Well suited in the city. Excellent service and I would definitely stay again. We stayed overnight after landing late. I love the open concept. Air-conditioning in the room was a bonus. Looking forward to my next visit

Fantastic

A very clean room (I found a contact lens with previous guests beside the bed) air conditioner pointed to the bed, window overlooking the motor park, very little light, comfortable mattress and decent sheet, but with overly high pillows, unusable. No mosquitoes at the windows and noises and noises from the reception both late at night and early in the morning.

How little care

An old hotel (from 1915), staff very friendly and helpful, suite without windows/ daylight, quiet, lack of fittings in the bathroom, goes for a night. Good location, you can explore the city on foot and it is only a few minutes drive from the airport.

Good location

This is where my trip to Costa Rica began. a wonderful place, where we spent a night, the hotel is very nice, if what you are looking for is something to stay without too much luxury. the rooms are very nice, everything very quiet, clean room and bathroom, has very nice rooms, such as the living room, rest area. jose miguel, he attended us very well, he is a charming person, thanks to him, we were able to find a car rental. recommended location, close to the airport. thank you jose miguel for your kindness.

Very good location.

Booked the hotel to stay a night before an early flight. Our room wasn't particularly nice but it did the job for what we needed. The staff booked a taxi for us. Weirdly our room didn't have a window.

Good place before flight

We stayed only one night on our way back to US, because it was very close to the airport, but we couldn’t have chosen a better place than 1915. Amazing building that still keeps some of the orginal features. The bed was comfortable, however, the room had basic furniture.

Very interesting, historic hotel

After a long trip we wanted some place to feel at home and really relaxe, this was it! We were wonderfully surprised by the beautiful decoration that gives a very cozy and chic atmosphere. Multiple relaxing salons and sofas to relaxe. Quiet and clean. A really good adress if you want to stay in town while feeling preserved from it.

Small but fair room, comfortable beds, pillow no. Clean. Proper breakfast. Our room was interior and nothing was heard, but some of the group who touched it outside on the street say it was very noisy because of traffic, even at night.

I booked this hotel because it is close to the airport, but it's old and kind of run-down.  It's actually an old house that was converted into a hotel.  The rooms are ok, but the beds are a little hard and the whole bathroom floods because the showers don't have door or curtain.  No A/C, just an old fashioned fan.

Me quedé en este hotel porque está cerca del aeropuerto, pero no es muy cómodo.  El precio es accesible, pero las camas son duras y las habitaciones algo ruidosas.  El baño no tiene cortina ni puerta, así que todo el piso se moja al ducharse.  Está cerca de la plaza y la catedral.  Es una casona antigua convertida en hotel.

Not the best place/ No el mejor hotel del lugar

The location of this hotel is central in the city but about 25 minutes to the airport. The service was excellent and the staff very courteous and friendly. It is a great pace and made to look really natural with plants and all that. I particularly love the breakfast and the coziness of the environment. Free Wife and lovely environment. I plan to go back there someday.
