We spent two full days with my wife and two adolescents. Warming welcomed by Mubera who gave us a lot of good tips. Apartment well furnished and comfortable. Very easy to move to old Dubrovnik and amazing beaches and restaurants 

Highly recommend, great location

Great location to explore Dubrovnik Old Town (bus stop is right outside the apartment complex) and further afield. Has free secure underground parking and a well stocked supermarket on site. Close also to Sunset Beach and its many restaurants. 

Apartment was spotlessly clean and has all facilities needed for a comfortable stay. The owner Mubera is a star - she is very helpful in every respect; even persuaded  a local hospital to rent us a wheelchair for a few days.

Excellent

The apartments in Lapad are perfectly located with the beach, restaurants and a supermarket all within a 5 minute walk. The bus stop outside the apartment takes you into the old town in just 10 mins. Mubera the host was most accommodating and assisted with transfers from the airport and was a friendly face to greet us when we arrived. Nothing was any trouble from arranging a cot and high chair for my daughter who was 8 months old to sharing her knowledge on the key attractions and local restaurants. The apartments are very clean with all the amenities you would need for a break away. I would highly recommend these apartments, the location allows you to stay in a quieter part of town which was ideal for us as a family, have the beach very close by and still visit the busy old town.

Excellent location to explore Dubrovnik

If u are not hell bent on staying in the old city then this location is fantastic. Right in front of the beach with ample parking , It was a great. The complex had a good supermarket and decent restaurants which was more than sufficient for us especially when travelling with kids. The bus stop was closeby and just a time travel of 15 mns max we were in old city. We were facing the beach hence it was merrier. The apartment had few glitches but the owner got it sorted out. We stayed in Dvori Lapad 2 Apartments. Its is 3 Bedroom but with only 2 Bathrooms if people are ok.Even Uber during daytime work better for travel. For airport the owner helps in organising Cabs which are same as local Uber/Cab pricing..

Fantastic time and Great Loaction

We too were a family of 6 and 1 toddler. We had 2 apartments on the top floor and Mubera our host was wonderful. 
Everything was perfect...... apartment, location, easy to get to Old Town and even the prices were ok. 5 of us ate in a restaurant opposite Hotel Zagreb for 120.00€. 
Big advantage was the balconies in both apts..... we could relax in the am & pm and feel the evening breeze. 
Lapad beach is under construction but didnt botber us at all and will be amazing once finished.

Perfect apartments

Six of us stayed in a sea view apartment here 7-14th June for a family wedding. Mureaba, The lady who owned apartment sent taxis for us to airport, greeted us when we arrived and literally couldn't do enough for us. She also provided us with useful tips with regards restaurants. Her husband came and gave us a bowl of hand picked  fruit. Now as for the apartment, would sleep 8 with plenty of room. Not one but two balconys! All mod cons. Air con in every room. Location is amazing cinema, bakery,2 supermarkets, restaurants and bars in the apartment block itself! If u walk for 2 minutes in one direction your reach a little strip of restaurants and bars. Lovely walks along the cliff and amazing places to swim in sea. The number four bus brings u to old town for 15kuna in less than 10mins! 
Other members of the wedding party stayed in hotels and some in old town but we by far made the best decision to stay here! Will hopefully be back!

Best apartment I ever stayed in

A large modern apartment, the owner of which is friendly and welcoming, but we regretted the poor environment (working beach in a very new city area) and the little equipment: 6 forks, that's not too much!

All right, that's it.

It's a great place, a very cozy apartment, clean, spacious, a very nice hostess who brought grapes and responded very quickly to all our requests.
