We came without reservation and were received very friendly. 
The house owner gave us some of his own grown fruits as a present.
We had the room up on the top with a great view over Trogir. 
It was very clean, we could find everything in the apartment we needed.
It's only 5 minutes to walk to the city center. There is a private parking parking area directly in front of the house.
We can definitely recommend this guest house - it's great.

We arrived without a reservation and the owner was able to accomodate us. Our apartment was a large one bedroom on the top floor of the building with great views of Trogir and the water.  The owner, Ante, was extremely friendly and a great host. The wifi worked well. We were also able to do a load of laundry in the washing machine in the suite.  No breakfast is included but the bakery at the end of the driveway was great, and Trogir is just across the bridge....very close. Yes there are planes flying low, but the windows were double paned and there were no flights at night anyhow. We would definitely stay here again.

Great apartment just across the bridge to Trogir

We spent here our honeymoon for 8 days. The landlord and her wife are very friendly and helpful, both speak really good english. We stayed in a 2+1 bedded aparment, and from the airport we got there very easy (took bus 37 at the airport till Trogir bus station and from there a 15 minutes walk). 
In the aparment was everything you need for your holiday from the washing machine till the ironing board. :) From the balcone you had a perfect view to the city of Trogir, where you could find many good restaurants, cafes, museums,etc. We tried Luigi's pizzeria and one restaurant next to the Kamerlengo fortress, but I don't remember its name, in both were really good ambient, the meals were delicious for a reasonable price (we payed for two person between 150-200 HRK).
If you prefer cooking yourself the aparments kitchen is a good place for it, or you can try the barbecue place in the aparments garden. A backery is across the street and a small supermarket is about 200m away, but in the city is a market where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables and next to that is a big supermarket too.
A small beach is close to the aparment (about 5 minutes walk), but in the nearby towns Slatine, Okrug you can find bigger ones. The town has quite good public and boat transports so you can reach these places without car too.
If you want to travel with your family they have apartment for 4 person too, and for backpackers an apartment with 2 single bed.

We found only 1 negative point: because of the closure of the airport there were a lot of planes flying above the aparment.

In total we really loved the whole place and we recommend it to everyone who likes a holiday in a great city where you can have sightseeing, boat trips and laying on the beach too.

Great place - we highly recommend it

This apartment is a great place to stay.  We hired an apartment with 2 bedrooms, a very large kitchen and a bathroom.  The balcony provided view on the old town of Trogir.  The kitchen was equipped with everything you might need : oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a TV (also flemish TV).  The apartment is only a 10 minutes walk from the old part of Trogir.  Bakery is just in front, small shop is 200 meter away.  During the weekend there are more airplanes flying over than during the week but this is something you will also have in other hotels/apartments in that area so we did not mind.  The owner Ante is a very welcoming person and always interesting in a chat.  If I go back to Trogir, I would definitely want to stay here again !

Great place to stay

We stayed in these apartments from 30 May to 6 June 2009, decided to book them following a recommendation from another Tripadvisor review.  We would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone else.  We were met at Split airport by the owner, the drive to the apartment took about 20 minutes (traffic to and from Trogir and Ciovo is very heavy at weekends).  We stayed in the 2+1 apartment which is on the corner of the house and has lovely views from the balcony across to Trogir old town and the mainland.  The main room was very large with TV (Croatian only), sofa bed and two wardrobes.  tiny kitchen but it did have an electric kettle and plenty of pots, pans and crockery.  Good sized bathroom with large efficient shower and automatic washing machine.  There was no cleaning done whilst we were there, but we had plenty of towels and tea towels - enough to last us the week - and were told just to ask if we needed anything.  There is also an iron and ironing board, but no hairdryer.  We did not hire a car as everything we needed was within walking distance - bakery opposite and three supermarkets nearby.  It was quiet, (apart from the church bells which seems to start at 5 am and then ring at regular intervals until about midnight).  Planes do fly over as it is close to the airport, but we did not find this a problem as there were not many flights, and none at night.  Most of the time (apart from the one day when it poured with rain ALL day) we were out anyway.  The local bus service is excellent and cheap - the bus depot is about 10 minute walk from the apartment.  We caught the bus to Split, and also went to Marina on the bus.  The ferry service started up the weekend we arrived and we went to Slatine which was very quiet, got the bus back.  We walked to Okrug Gornje and beyond and back (and my partner has an artificial leg!) one day - stopped several times for refreshment en route.  Trogir old town was an easy ten minute stroll across the bridge and there are plenty of places to eat there, also several restaurants/bars closer to the apartments.  Our only criticism would be that the food in the restaurants is very "samey" - once you've read one menu you've more or less seen them all!  The food was always good and large portions, but always the same.  Fish very expensive, so we did not have any as we eat it a lot at home anyway.  All in all a pleasant relaxing holiday in a lovely area with charming hosts (home made wine too!) and not overly expensive.
