We spent a week working at the villa Klaric. The owner is very kind and polyglot...a rare thing. She knows all the languages of the world. Compliments. I would have liked to know her life. We were in a small apartment on the ground floor with a terrace. We found ourselves very well. The villa is located on a hill so we have to face climbing slopes but then we get there. We used Waze! 500 meters from the center of Lovran village. We are satisfied with the vacation. We could have had lunch our way without being conditioned by the hours because we had a small functional kitchen... because Croatia is not special for permanent dishes so we decided to eat at the tavern!

Very friendly host who welcomed us on arrival and gave us a large room with our own living area which was fabulous. In fact it had a small kitchen as well. A lovely surprise! It is hard to find so beware! When you drive up the hill, take the right fork. There are no signs. We went left and got a strong rebuke from a very unfriendly neighbour! You need a car as it is a hike from the town up a steep hill. Lots of parking.

On a hill away from the madding crowds!

We stay at villa for 5 nights and all was perfect, the breakfast, the accomodation, the view. The host is very nice and willing to help if necessary. 
If you chose to stay here is mandatory to eat to Kvarner Restaurant. All is fresh and tasty.

Perfect

This is the fifth time we have stayed with Mrs. Klarić at Villa Klarić. Until now we had always booked double rooms with breakfast and, of course, had the wonderful view from the large terrace in front of the room over the Kvarner Bay to Rijeka. This time, however, we stayed for three weeks and decided on an apartment, which is also very convenient and comfortable, so you can stay at home even in bad weather. As always, Mrs. Klarić and the staff are very kind and helpful. From Lovran, you can enjoy great rides across the whole area, to the Slovenian town of Piran or back to back.

Villa Klarić, the real name of this place.

We've been coming here for five years. Whether it's a room or an apartment, the facilities are loving and practical. The breakfast is good. The view of Kvarner Bay is a sight to behold, especially in the evening when the lights of Rijka reflect in the bay. It's always a pleasure to take a vacation here.

It's beautiful.

In fact, the name of this accommodation is exactly the same as that of its owner, Villa Klarić. Beautiful apartments on the mountain behind the old town of Lovran. In 5 minutes you are walking to the old town centre, it takes a little longer to get back. Yes. On arrival we were welcomed directly in German. Mrs. Klaric speaks Italian fluently and certainly other languages. The room has been lovingly furnished, although not super modern but still comfortable. WLAN was unfortunately a little overloaded and slow. The absolute highlight is the view from the balcony to the valley and the sea as well as to Rijeka. The piece is good for 5.50€ and offers a varied selection. If I came back to Lovran early, I would choose this accommodation again.

Very welcoming , clean rooms, wifi , breakfast was good, lovely views , on a steep hill but good exercise ,lovran town 5 mins down hill , 15 mins up............some beaches are walkable and more by bus or driving
