I have been here for one night in August and the overall impression was positive. It was clean, with air conditioner, the host has been very kind with us and in very well located.
If can help it’s in the same building as the Post office.
Only keep in consideration the rooms are at second and third floor with no elevator, which is good if you are in good health.
Bring your own shampoo since it is not provided. I defenetely suggest this place even if maybe it’s a bit overpriced.

Good location, close the harbour

- nice appartement with amazing view on the marina of Mali Losinj
- new renovated, good standard 
- small kitchen with all necessary staff for breakfast or a snack 
- top located, a lot of restaurants and bars in walking distance (< 1min)

Perfect location in Mali Losinj

Brilliant and reasonable find on the waterfront in the town on beautiful island of Mali Losinj. Josef the owner was so friendly and helpful and we often saw him around and about with a smile on his face. Room was modern and incredibly clean. Comfortable bed and modern bathroom. Would definitely return in the future.

What a pleasure!

They had the studio for 2 nights in July and were very satisfied. + Location right on the harbor + rest. Parking nearby + friendliness and helpfulness of the hosts + cleanliness + beautiful bright IKEA furniture + air conditioning + soundproof windows - at night a little louder - no balcony / terrace

It's all right.

We stayed at this place in june, we hated from the first minute. We would have left after the first night if we have not prepaid the whole stay. ( no refund on payment!)
Room was like an IKEA furnished showroom.  A plane white box. No elevator( so make sure you travel light if you dont want to work out!), no amenities- no common area, balcony, patio,trashbin in the room,not a single hanger to dry wet towels or clothes, no free toiletries even though they have advertised. 
Nothing but a box-like room with a small window looking at a wall. 
The room we got was not clean, dust covered the floor and the toilett, we had to clean our feet before heading to bed beacusf the floor was so dirty. No daily cleaning, no fresh towels only after we complaind and requestes new linen and towels. 
Tv has no english channels, and the lady who  welcomed us spoke only german! Huraii... 
Poor internett connection, ending up using 4G. This place is more like a modern prison, not a place you want to spend you holiday or waste your money at. We contacted the owner asking for refund and at least a apologies- but we have not heard back! Shame.  Way over priced, i wouldnt recomment to stay with them ever!

NOT WORTH THE MONEY!

Excellent location with friendly reception, seamless delivery and rental available at all times. Apartment is neat and functionally furnished. Super view of the city marina if you choose a room with sea view.

Best location

It was very clean and very modern, with a great view, well insulated from the outside, a little rusty inside, but okay for calmer guests. Please come back and wish us another good off-season. Autumn greetings from Switzerland.

Top of the world 👍🏻

We really enjoyed our stay at Jospino. The room was very nice and modern and was perfectly suited for our six-day stay. The location is particularly great - right next door there are great restaurants and the apartment is right on the harbour and the pedestrian zone. Parking costs six euros a day and is about five minutes away from the room, various bays and beaches can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot (e.g. Veli Zal).

Great room, great location.

Very clean, simple, big and comfortable modern apartment right on the harbor. We had the big triple apartment with sea view and it was wonderful to be able to spread stuff out. It is located right on the harbor so it is easy to walk from the ferry, to the beaches, and into MAli Losinj (because you are right there).
The apartment is well thought out and set up, except for hooks to dry towels (we used chair backs and hangers on the door frame so no big deal) it is all so efficient. Very clean. Good WiFi, lots of well placed plugs to charge stuff. The kitchen is well stocked and has coffee maker and coffee, refrigerator, microwave and stove top, plus cooking gear. The owner (manager?) is very nice and helpful, and gave us a great recommendation for food: Za Kantuni like one block away.
It is all really clean, no amenities provided (it is an apartment - bring your own) and the owner is available all the time.
They do not have beach towels to loan you, so here are two tips: 1. If tit is not high season (August) you can walk over and buy your way into the Belvedere Hotel Beach for 250 kuna. You get a private beach, umbrella, nice wicker beds and unlimited towels to use (plus a waiter bringing you everything). While this is expensive… 2. We saw the cheapest towels in town, marked at 60 kuna each. Back in the alley, up towards the head of the harbor. That is 120 for towels, then you can go cheap to the beach, or shell out the 250 and live it up.
Laundry facilities are up the main street going away from the harbor, by Nino’s.
We would stay here again.
