Omis

The apartments are very close to the sea. The room has everything you need. There is air conditioning and wi-fi. Very nice owners. Free parking. There are shops and cafes nearby. We like it. The beach is great.

Great rest at the hotel.

As a family of 5 (3 adults, 2 children) we were excited to stay in the Penthouse apartment after travelling throughout Croatia. We had booked for 5 nights and although pricey we thought it would be worth it....we we're very wrong. The only thing "penthouse" about this apartment are the views. The agent and owner are very lovely people but unfortunately the owner is not very educated in running an apartment. The penthouse is very small. The balcony is the only big part of the apartment. It is located on the top floor so the bedrooms and bathroom are crammed. You have to be careful not to hit your head on the roof as you are constantly having to duck to move around. There is a proper bed in one room and a sofa in the other room and in the lounge area. Both the sofas were not made up. The owner gave me the linen for me to make up the beds. I am on vacation and the last thing i would expect in a "penthouse" is to make up my own beds. There we're no towels either and when we inquired about towels we we're told that we could have them but some guests choose to bring their own. It would have been better to provide the towels regardless.  There were 2 rolls of toilet paper and when we had run out and asked for more we were advised "yes we could have 1 more but after that we would have to buy our own from the shop". If this is the standard of a penthouse apartment then the owners are falsely advertising this accommodation. The owner kept referring to these conditions "being written on the website". After checking extensively i could not find any mention of limited toilet paper. There is no tea, coffee or sugar. These were all provided in all the other apartments we had stayed in and we have travelled extensively around the world. We we're required to pay a deposit of $50 euro's which was to ensure the apartment was clean when we left. Shall i vacuum and mop as well??. Although lovely and friendly it felt very uncomfortable and we barely stayed inside the apartment only returning to sleep. Too many "rules" and no incentive to leave a good review. Unfortunately we will not be choosing to stay again and we won't be recommending this apartment  to our family or friends. Please take this review as a chance to improve your customer service as a little effort for your customers goes a long way. Best Regards
