The family that run this b& b are friendly and charming .
The rooms are very clean and functional 
The outside space and gardens are pretty and well cared for ,there is comfortable outside seating and good parking space.
The breakfast is fantastic ,yoghurt ,cold cuts, juice,bread and preserves ,and also ham and eggs cooked to order.
The area is quiet and very close to the beach and the tourist train that runs into Malinska throughout the day and quite late into the evening.
A very nice spot for a beach break 

Excellent family owned bed and breakfast

We came here reading some reviews and were very satisfied with the hospitality and courtesy shown. Spacious and clean rooms, almost all with balcony, air conditioning and TV sat (a few channels in Italian but at least there are). Sweet or salty breakfast abundant and tasty..well cooked eggs and quality products. Located 100mt from the sea and 50mt from the stop of a train (on rubber) that leads to the centre of Malinska in 10 min (40m head A/R). Kuna Family conduct, very suitable for families, highly recommended. ATTENTION.

My wife and I enjoyed our summer vacation from July 28 to August 3 at the Pension Katarina. After getting to know Mira, we arrived at Porat at about 2 p.m. We got out of the car, we were already overwhelmed by the beautiful, lovingly cared for terrace and garden landscape. Mrs. Mira, the head of the house, welcomed us very nicely and there was a welcome drink. After getting to know Mira, we showed us what the shower, bathroom, balcony and air conditioning provided, which gave us our view and we were very satisfied. We packed our suitcases and went to the bathroom in very nice clothes. We went straight back to the kitchen looking for fresh water and in just five minutes we went to bed in a breakfast.

Calm down, relax.

For the second time, we spent a relaxing weekend in the guesthouse of Katarina.

A relaxing weekend

Comfortable atmosphere and solid accommodation in the family business. Breakfast is served on the lovingly decorated and green terrace. Good infrastructure with partially shady parking spaces and nearby beaches round the offer. We felt well taken care of and very welcome. The accommodation is not suitable for disabled persons or does not have an elevator.

You came here by chance but discovered a structure that defines Pension is really reductive!! Large and bright room with climate and TV. Clean bathrooms, for Italians weighs absence of the Mythical Bidè 😂😂. His sweet breakfast that salted in a fresh and cozy terrace! A dinner prepared by the Lady with grilled cheese in the oven....

We found this place through the internet and have chosen this place because of the good reviews. We can only confirm this. Very friendly owners. Nice clean room. Rich breakfast. Own parking space and near to the beach with swimming possibility.

Relaxing and quiet place

We spent a nice week in Porat. I expected a nice pension for what we paid for better rooms. Furniture a little old, wifi if you stay in the upper floors does not take well (to improve). Enchanting location, cleaning of the 5 star rooms, if you decide to dine with them you eat very well (and I recommend) and you do not spend much, but the quality is assured. Strategic position, you are a few kilometers from Malinska, krk, baska.

Located a few meters from a beautiful beach

Nice family guesthouse with small, attractive rooms. Bathroom is small, but sufficient and very nice. Good breakfast with nothing missing. Sometimes the housewife cooks at night and then the guest is properly pampered. Later Ivan pampers the host with a selection of snacks. He also likes to sit down with his guests and chat with them. A successful holiday can be spent here.
