It is a destination that you can't miss in Istria given the amount of beautiful beaches and bays to swim or snorkel in. The apartment that happened to me is very comfortable, very clean and equipped with a small kitchen, very useful. There is in the common area both a swimming pool and a hydromassage basin available to the guests, really relaxing, as well as a very pleasant solarium. The breakfast terrace is very rich and with quality ingredients.

A paradise just a few meters from a paradise.

We stayed for 4 nights in one of the apartments of Villa Adriana. Available, professional and very kind staff; varied, supercomplete and very good accommodation. Complete apartment with everything and 4 steps from the nature reserve of Kamenjak quickly accessible both by bike and on foot; also the center of the village can be reached on foot in a few minutes. Very convenient also the reserved parking of the facility. Super recommended!!!

Super room!

Overall we had a great stay at B&B Villa Adriana! We will surely come back and would recommend it to anyone (hoping it doesn’t become too popular and that it gets sold out too quickly).

Highlights:
- Friendly hosts 
- Great pool, jacuzzi and lounge area
- Nice bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette 
- Fan and AC in bedroom
- Good breakfast offer 

What could be improved:
- Kitchenette tends to get very warm; a fan could be useful
- Internet in the evening was not so great (but working well in the morning/early afternoon)
- It would be nicer to have the possibility to add the drinks at the bar to our room bill and pay everything in one go at checkout (instead of currently paying in cash at the bar after each drink) 
- I would have personally welcomed a later check-out, until 11.00 (instead of currently 10.00); and breakfast until 10.30 (instead of currently 10.00). Not everybody is an early bird, especially on holiday ;-)

Amazing & relaxing stay

Excellent quality price ratio. All the amenities of a 3-star hotel are included in an intimate and familiar setting. Swimming pool, hot tub, garden, relaxation area, bar. Simple but comfortable rooms with climate and ventilator. Extremely friendly staff. Excellent location. Congratulations to the managers.

Top to Premature

I have chosen this b&b, which has received excellent reviews and I can fully confirm the positive choice of accommodation. We have chosen only the overnight stay without breakfast. Very clean and equipped with all the amenities; the use of air conditioning is free for a maximum of 6 hours a day. Close to the centre (about 400 metres) and right in front of the entrance to Kamenjak Park and close to the supermarket and bakery.

Vacation in Prematura

I stayed in this small and very nice building for 6 days. It has many advantages: 5 minutes walk from the centre of Premantura, 2 minutes walk from the entrance to the Kamenjak, and in a strategic position to reach several Croatian cities, including Pola. Everything is very clean, the garden is very neat and full of details, you can enjoy free swimming pool, jacuzzi and sun terrace. Abundant, good and very varied breakfast. Very friendly and available staff. Parking, wifi, and air conditioning and ventilator. I found myself very well and would be happy to return.

It's all great!

I stayed a few days ago in this building, very kind managers, I was in room 6, very nice and with a nice large terrace. The common area with swimming pool and hot tub I have never used but the garden was really nice, also with a small corner bar. Breakfast is great and offers a lot of choice. The only new air conditioner is free only 6 hours a day, but it is a ventilated area so it is not a real problem. To get to the center it takes 10/15 minutes to walk.

Highly recommended

The whole facility is in a well-maintained condition. All the rooms and every corner are lovingly decorated. Super pool, absolutely affordable prices at the small pool bar, only 15kn for a big beer or a gin tonic. For a small surcharge there is an experience in the big hydropool. But what is best, and absolutely worth the price: breakfast! Here lovers of sweet and spicy food come at their expense. Thank you very much, we are happy to come back!

It's really great!

- large rooms with air conditioning - very clean rooms - comfortable beds - excellent choice for breakfast!! - the location of Kamenjak Park is perfect - home atmosphere - bike racks and pumps for the wheels are available - very attentive hosts - good restaurants nearby, on foot max. 5 min - pure recreation!

That's fantastic.

We were simply thrilled by the kindness of the staff, the beautiful room with the cozy bed, and the fantastic breakfast. Also the location (200 meters to the nature reserve and 200 meters to the center) is really great! It's a small but fine B&B where you can really feel comfortable and enjoy your holiday. 100 points from us :)
