We found this hotel free and it looked very pleasant. The problem arose as soon as we opened the hall door. There were stained carpets, mosquitoes everywhere and air conditioning only the shade.

Do Not Judge by Appearance

The hotel looks nice from the outside but as soon as you open the door you will find yourself facing something really horrible. Dirty, uncurated, unqualified staff, no air conditioning or other benefits (for me discounted in a seaside resort).

Horror Hotel

It hurts me a lot to give such a negative review, because the structure is very valuable, the problem is that it has remained unchanged since the 1970s. which means, the structure of the outdated rooms, the cleanliness of the balconies, no air conditioner, minimal breakfast, plus a little personal really not up to the height. For some reason I found myself without electricity in the outlets of the room, which means, no fan (on the fourth floor) and no cell phone charging, the receptionist answered me with a little whimpering that you didn't know what to do.

Don't close that door!

When I arrived we were having trouble finding a parking space. The receptionist said "Only thing we don't have is parking"!!!!

Think you will find that they also don't have air conditioning, hot water, tea and coffee facilities or much space in the rooms. 

The hotel is very old think judging by the art decor, probably 1930's. Probably not been redecorated since then. Has lots of old features, huge wide staircase and hallways, yet the actual rooms are tiny. 

Good points ; it's cheap, it's located right in the centre of Pula, which is a lovely city. It's clean. 

We only stayed the one night, so was fine for what we needed. If I'd booked in for longer I probably would of cried! 

Only thing we don't have is parking? 

I decided to add a night in Pola and looking for booking I booked in this hotel. From the outside it looks like a luxury hotel but much less inside. There is no wife and air conditioning (a ventilator in the room). The very old structure (windows ruined). The bathroom in our room was lit up. There is no private parking. It is a real shame that it is broadcast because it could be a really nice hotel (it's immense) but it takes some work. The center is very close to reachable on foot. The staff is still very kind.

It could be worth a lot more.

The hotel calls itself Guest House and is pleased to point out in complaints that it is not exactly a hotel. The rooms are spacious, with rooms on the first floor of each room only occupying the 4th and 5th floors. The rooms were certainly the first house on the square, but meanwhile it is waiting for closure and refurbishment to become a luxury hotel. Until this point, repairs are limited to the most necessary and are taken out of the house at the most affordable price. The staff is friendly. The rooms are spacious, with rooms on the first four floors with rooms only occupying the 4th and 5th floors. The bathrooms certainly do not smell good and offer this standard of the 70s. The rooms are also equipped with a ventilator and three bathrooms because of the luxurious hotel. The TV shows almost every bit of the house (with an early 40s) without the price of anything.

Location and absence of currant gives rise to rashes

Truly the worst place we have ever seen- arrived late and used our phone flashlight to navigate unlit levels to our room,room hot as Hades, soiled linen, unable to lock our door as jamb broken- we left!

Truly awful!

I booked it without reading it, I assumed that the air conditioning was there... instead no... they gave us the 411, sea front and so much sun in the afternoon... an oven...a poor ventilator should have refreshed us....Sad because a air conditioner would be easy to install in that room, I think in the others too...:-(The room with the frosty ceilings and semi-falling crests...a bleach wouldn't be bad....The hand painted tub, it's very naive, but very poorly hygienic...The carpet should be replaced with the liston, very hygienic....and the ceilings from the outside, they're horrible....The breakfast is excellent, but a little ridiculous that an express part should really pay for it...Sad, with a low investment, you'll have a hotel with a more hygienic property.....

It's too bad. It's too much.

Very bad experience. We arrived at 00:00 looking for a bedroom and the receptionist took advantage of the situation. We increased the price of the room to 80 euros by booking to 50 euros. This same character refuses to help us find parking as the hotel does not have it. An unsociable and unpleasant person. The rooms do not have air conditioning and in summer it is impossible to sleep without air, that is a damned sauna. The aesthetic of the hotel is horrible, it looks like a sacada from a horror movie.

Horror movie hotel

This nice old building would be great with renovation and better services. Cleaning did not meet our expectations (complaining did not help), we had cockroaches in the room, breakfast was very limited, rooms were extremely hot and building is in desperate need for renovation! Hardly anything worked, unfortunately. This building would deserve a great hotel...
Location is the only good thing here.
