Situated near the old town in a peaceful quiet street. Josef, the owner, is a splendid person, he picked us up at the airport after midnight (asked for 30 EUR, which is cheaper than most taxi companies there) and nothing was a problem for him. The room was equipped with everything you might need including a bottle of water and juice in the fridge. Everything absolutely clean, newly furbished. Unfortunately we could spend only one night there but have already booked for a longer time later this year :-).
The only minus in my eyes is that you have to pay in cash, but that is no tragedy.

Quiet place near the centre

Modern, clean, cost-effective apartment for a family of 3-4 people. Friendly owner. Secure parking, lovely yard with pool and seating. Nice location near the Bibinje beaches with simple restaurants within walking distance. Play structure for children and easy to get into Zadar.

Modern clean apartment for couple or small family

I recommend staying on this place. It’s a comfortable and clean apartment, very close from the Old Town. If you want to be surrounded by locals, this is a good option. Jose, the owner, was very nice and attentive with us. He also owns the bakery downstairs the apartments and it has very tasty products.

It is very close to the historic center, a 10-minute walk away, in the same street of the apartment you can park for free, as it is an area that has no blue zone.

Apartment quite right.

We stayed here twice in June/July - 4 days before we picked up our charter yacht and 4 days after we finished our sailing trip. Very handy for the marina and very easy access to local supermarket and restaurants the Old Town bridge (5 mins walk)
Can't rate these apartments highly enough - 3 pairs of adults and a 3 year old.
Everything you needed including a welcome pack in the fridges - superbly clean and comfortable throughout.
Marina & Joseph our hosts were brilliant - really helpful and beyond the call.
These apartments are ideally suited if you want a bit of quiet at the end of the day sitting on the verandah alfresco eating and having a cool drink.

Brilliant Apartment & Owners

Super price-performance, very clean, very friendly hostess, two minutes to the port, good facilities, quiet and away from the old-fashioned hustle, early arrival at 11 am, no problem.

Stayed at marina apartments for four nights at end of may.the owner picked us up from the airport for 20 euro and as the flight was delayed by an hour we were glad we chose this option .when we got to the apartment after midnight we were delighted with the room we were given .the place was spotless and newly decorated right next to the old town walls.the owner joseph was extremely friendly and helpful and I would highly  recommend his apartments for value for money and comfort.one of the best places I have ever stayed.you can see by the building that he has great pride in his business.he even had some bottles of beer and water in the fridge for us when we arrived.

Pleasant surprise

Amazing place to stay, has easy access and great location. We liked our room, there is a lot of space and you have everything you need, full kitchen and bathroom. Also it was clean and tidy which is important. I can say that we had a luxury room and service for a relatively low price. Would recommend to anyone.

Luxury with low price

Having stayed 10 days in 1 of these apartments I have no hesitation in recommending them for a stay close to the centre of Zadar.
Josef & Marina, the owners, hAve been most helpful throughout the stay.
The location is about 10 mins walk from the centre of the old town across a footbridge. There are restaurants within 200 yards of the apartment and a bakery underneath the building with the apartments on the 2nd floor up steps. There are 2 small supermarkets within 5 mins walk without needing to cross the footbridge.
The fast foot passenger ferries to the nearest islands ( Uglian 40 mins) and Dogi Otek (1hr) are just across the footbridge for tickets and departures.
The main bus station is about 20-25 mins walk away, where private bus companies can be utilised to take buses to places such as Plitvice Lakes (2hrs), Nim (1 hr), Pag (1 1/2 hrs) and Sibenik (1+ hrs).
On either end of the footbridge there are numerous (ca 10) desks selling excursions to well known sites. However I preferred to use the buses and ferries and self guide. The apartment owners can help.

Very pleasant apartment with very helpful owners

The appt was great, very tidy and lots of space.Bad was confortable and the kichen has all the nesseseties! The owners were very friendly. Excellent location. Highly recomened. We would stay gladely again. Instead of one we stayed two night.
