The owners are arrogant and rude people. Since all over the apartment there is only one split of air conditioned, placed in the kitchen, away from the rooms, on our arrival we turned on the air conditioner so as to cool the night part. On the second day of stay, on the way back from the sea, there were the owners of the apartment who, verbally assaulting us and insulting us (..we had broken our cogs..we were regulated), informed us that they had entered the house (..without notice and without permission) to turn off the air and that for the following days we would no longer have to leave the air conditioner in our absence.

Illuminating management

Very nice and especially clean apartments, everything looks very new, air conditioning included, in 1 minute by car in Facana City as well as by the sea, in 5 minutes in Pula, can definitely recommend it to everyone.

Price performance TOP

Apartment located in the neighborhood of holiday homes in Pineta. Apartment very clean, spacious (two bedrooms, living area with large sofa, TV, cooking corner and dining table. Large terrace with table where you can quietly make breakfast/breakfast/dinner and stretch clothes to the sun. Bathroom large, and very clean. The whole palace was built recently. Staff very cordial (they brought clean towels 2 times in 5 days) and who speaks perfectly Italian. 5/10 minutes away from Fazana and 15/20 from Pola.

Plus; new app with nice balcony, good AC, TV (no croatian chanels), very clean, nice and helpfull hosts, new kitchen (with oven), nice view from balcony, fair price.

Minus; weak wifi on 2nd floor

Choose ground floor or 1st floor and app on east side - less warm in summer.

Beach with car or bike is very close but I dont suggest walking, especially in summer.

Good app, fair price

We were (two adults and two children) in this beautiful place from August 11 to August 18. The apartment presented itself as very clean, spacious enough and with a living terrace (in fact we were eating quietly as four). Very clean. Satellite TV, air conditioning, Italian and American coffee machine. In the yard you can make grilled goods. The owners are friendly and available. If you travel with family, the car is recommended. In short, it is ideal for families with children, but also for families and friends.

Comfortable accommodation for families

This apartment was great for our  family.  It was really clean and comfortable. The landlords are friendly and do a good job taking care of you.  Lovely flowers.    It's about a 15 minute walk to the beach or 2 minutes by car.  Really enjoyed it.

Great, CLEAN apartment

This review is an easy job to do. Facility is very new, modern equipped. Owners or landlords are nice, friendly, everything was and is like it was said to be. 
So there are many many positive reasons why to recommend this facility :
 - price is moderate and suitable
 - modern
 - 2 bedrooms
 - lots of parking space
 - satellite and digital terrestrial TV
 - secure
 - friendly spot
The only two remarks that make this facility less perfect are
 - the location (you should have a car or bicycles) (2,5 km to city center, 1,2 km to the beach)
 - lack of internet.
Otherwise all was very correct, I would love to come back and recommend it to anyone else.
City of Fažana is relatively close, beach is accessible by car or by bike and is about 1,2 km away. The busy main road to Fažana (or to Pula in the opposite direction) may be sometimes a challenge to cross or to ride a bike on.

Excellent value

Stayed here overnight to see the lovely town of Pula (and the colosseum there).  Beautiful apartments, clean and modern.  Separate bedroom with a large comfortable bed.  There is a large balcony for each apartment that has lovely views of the countryside.  Very close to Pula (about 6km) but also very close to Fazana town and beaches.  Very happy we stayed here.  Unfortunately there is no internet, but the owner has advised this is on the list

Lovely apartments

The apartment is new and very nice, consisting of two bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen-living. Conditioner present. Equipped with everything that requires a light holiday at sea. Optimal outdoor terrace that offers the possibility of fine dinners at sunset. The owners of the house are very hospitable and kind. In common with the other condominiums there is also an outdoor portico where you can barbecue. The apartment is located one and a half kilometers from Faza, where you can find some shops, supermarket and especially the boats that allow you to reach the islands that interest you. The beach is more than a mile away. They can go in a car.
