This is a clean and convenient stop-off, within 20 minutes of Zagreb Airport.  Our room was in fact a suite, with two double rooms, a small sitting room and ensuite bathroom.  Although the furnishings are simple, the rooms were spotlessly clean.  The room was surprisingly quiet, for a town centre location.  Rooms are air conditioned.    Staff at reception were helpful and welcoming.  We were not able to have breakfast, as we were taking an early flight.  Wi fi is provided, though we were unable to access it.

Simple and convenient

I'm a frequent guest in a variety of hotels. I think a hotel room should have a clean bed and a clean bathroom. That's enough. But you can completely forget about it here. I needed a room for the night at 10 p.m. after I missed the flight home, shortly after I missed the airport. The demands weren't really high. Just a bed and a shower and then just sleep. Should you actually go to bed. Think. The room was old. The cleaning was cracked from the wall (large flat).

Disaster

I wonder how this hotel got its three stars. There's no shower curtain in the bathtub, the bathroom is flooded accordingly. The windows are not closed, an incredible noise from outside.

It's bad.

We booked two large rooms - nine people were driving in a big company. We settled in quickly. The rooms for very unpretentious and unassuming travelers - the furniture hasn't changed for 25 to 30 years, everything is very old. The cleaning is also not given much attention - it's dusty. It was also very cold, especially at night. There were few rosettes in the room, there were no double beds, breakfast in the morning was very scarce.

It's a great boarding house with the most friendly staff, clean, cozy rooms. It feels like you've come to an old friend's house in a country house. There's a swimming pool. The kitchen works until the last visitor. It's very quiet and comfortable! Very budget pricing for such a hotel! We all advise!!!

This is a great hotel.

After 13 hours of traffic between Trieste and Croatia, we decided to stop to rest and eat. A typical mountain village where you breathe healthy air. A very special food to enjoy in the winter, like the bear meat that is very common in these areas. We got two pasta pizzas very similar to Made in Italy but very tasty thanks to the fresh seasonings: beer, potatoes and blueberry strudel.

Found by chance

This hotel in Velika Gorica is an excellent value and very clean and friendly hotel. It is situated around a 10 minute drive from Zagreb airport and there is a free shuttle. Velika Gorica is itself a pleasant little town with a few restaurants, bars and shops and is around 20 minutes away from the centre of Zagreb by bus. The hotel is basic, but the beds are comfortable and there is a tv alongside a personal wifi connection in each room, which is very fast due to the bandwidth not being shared by the whole hotel. My room was very spacious and the bathroom was large with a shower and plenty of hot water. I paid 200kn for a single room including all taxes and breakfast which is far cheaper than would be found in Zagreb itself. Breakfast was the usual Croatian effort of bread, eggs, cheese, some meat and really bad coffee (there is a cafe bar across the road for coffee lovers)!. Vegans probably won't find much but vegetarians will be ok.

Excellent budget hotel near Zagreb Airport

The rooms needs a lot of renovation, but clean and a good value or your money,breakfast included. Dahlia one of the receptionists was very helpful and always has a smile in her face.she made our stay very welcome. Free wi Fi and Dahlia is nice enough to take us to the airport.

Convinient to stay overnight near the airport.

I enjoyed the en-suite room with a television and free wifi for a great price. The best part is that a breakfast is included and it is GOOD! They don't offer a shuttle service unless you book through booking.com (or ask nicely:) They offer a single room rate, which is great for single travellers and makes them the most reasonable place to stay overnight near Zagreb airport, especially with the breakfast included!

Good place to overnight near Zagreb Airport

Only the entrance hall is acceptable.... room and bathroom are mild, cleanliness is questionable, no air conditioning for the summer, brand new TV, we would have preferred unhulled sheets and a clean cover! In short, the whole thing is to be reviewed in terms of decoration, maintenance and equipment, address however recommended in a famous tourist guide!!! only positive point the friendly welcome.
