Superb charming little hotel very restful, very pleasant room comfortable shower and very well furnished and decorated, very helpful staff, plenty of breakfast and very good.

I'm going through town.

Nice little hotel with big rooms. Our room was bright and clean. The only way to the room was difficult - too many steps with too heavy suitcases. Unfortunately, breakfast was a complete flop. Very limited choice.

Top in price/performance

The price-performance ratio is right! Small hotel, modern and timelessly furnished. The rooms are huge. Bright and clean. WIFI is fine and breakfast is sufficient. I would book this hotel again anytime. Especially pleasant is the 24/7 reception...

It's a wonderful hotel.

I visited for just one night this month. I stayed in the newly renovated superior room in the main house. The room itself was very specious and clean. The fireplace was also beautiful. The bathroom was also huge and had a bath tub. 

I had the continental breakfast but there was also the option for a cooked breakfast included in the price. The offering was really good and would suit most. 

The hotel had a really relaxed feel and the staff were very helpful. The only thing I would say missing was a proper shower in the room. There was a shower in the bath but you weren’t able to stand in it.

Overnight stay - superior room

We were at this hotel during a wedding. The rooms are very large (with balcony), clean, beautiful and modernly decorated. The staff is very friendly and very helpful!!! Super hotel, when I'm back in the area, I'm sure I'll go back there.

Very nice hotel

Hotel is located in peaceful area, not in the center of city but very easy to get to the historic part via bus, tram (close to hotel) or 20 minutes pleasant walk. It is a beautiful historical building near a forest with beautiful gardens with tennis court, free and safe parking and free Wi-Fi. Excellent place for stress-free weekend.
Our room was spacious with wooden furniture (no 5), nicely decorated with very comfortable bed. Little suggestion is put air-condition in room - there was no air condition (if you open windows it is a bit stuffy and you can hear noise from the street – especially at night) and minibar would also be helpful.
The staff were very friendly, especially young woman at the reception desk. Every single member was super helpful, always serving with a smile.
The breakfasts were amazing, partly buffet; partly menu ordered and varied breakfast – delicious ham and cheese omelet. Hotel Santander is great place to spend night or two when you visiting Brno. If we get a chance, we will come again.

Nice place for peacefully getaway weekend

Large, tastefully decorated rooms. Helpful staff. Great breakfast with made to order egg dishes.

The only minus is that, if you use public transportation going to the stops requires the crossing of a complicated intersection without a proper sidewalk.

Large rooms, great breakfast

It is uncomfortable to reach the city because as soon as you leave the hotel there is no sidewalk but you have to walk along the road (for a few meters, but it is uncomfortable if you have strollers or wheelchairs). There is no elevator to reach the reception nor to reach the room. Our (above the reception, I think number 5) was very large but without air conditioning and because it was hot we had to keep the windows open, with the discomfort of the noise coming from the street.

Missing elevators and curtains

Attended a friend's wedding here. Was the prefect reception.

Room was very modern, Very nice, well looked after.
Hotel itself was very nice and the scenery out the back was outstanding! Can't say anything bad about the whole experience 

Wedding

I arrived in Brno late at night and was looking for a hotel. I found Hotel Santander on the Internet. The call and 2 rooms were booked! The reception was very friendly and professional. The hotel is run by 2 young women. The rooms were large and clean, in a spontaneous wooden style, but in a quiet location near the center. The best thing was breakfast! I'll be glad to come back.
