This is my first time in the Czech Republic. This hotel is modest, but everything you need is there. It's a great location.

I'm not a big deal.

We were very pleased with the location in front of the geyser. The room was clean, fresh repaired, the heating was regulated, with hot water without problems, the kitchen had a teacup and a necessary set of dishes (there was even a sponge and dishwasher, which is not available in all apartments). We did not receive treatment. Breakfast at Jesenius was delicious, the choice of dishes for 3* was quite personal. We had a view from the window on the Heat and Switzerland, there was no noise (true, we are not among those who are bothered by a mosquito in the neighboring city). Neighbors did not hear, although for the New Year the hostel was full. We have experience of staying for that money in the Esquire KV treatment center), walking 15 minutes from the source. So if we have a convenient accommodation in the center of the house, we do not even have a day's accommodation.

Successful location, fresh repair

The location is perfect - to the springs a couple of minutes. The walking distance to the stop of Tržnica and Terminal (from where you can go to Loket independently, since the price of this excursion is unreasonably high) - at the reception very detailed how to get there, handed a card and oriented by bus. The elements of the fairy tale - the room is spacious, the bed is huge. Everything is clean, new. There was always a refrigerator, even a teapot, a TV and vegetables (this is of course cold).

The doctor is afraid to prescribe the procedure so that it doesn't cause a scandal. Probably for the money we paid for it, it's terrible. So, to get the procedures you need to get up close to the sunlight this morning, you have to get up to 10 minutes of your own time to get a full bathroom under the sunlight. Terrible apartments.

My husband and I booked this hotel not for treatment but for excursions and just to drink water, and to breathe air (it's just that you can't drink water, of course you don't have to have a doctor write down what water to drink depending on the body), so here's the hotel simple, but to stay overnight, very even nothing, my husband and I really liked it, first of all it's near all the springs, bus stop nearby, the sea of excursions, well very convenient place.

It's a great location.

I really enjoyed staying at the hotel overlooking the river and the geysers, and the abundant and delicious food, and the effective treatment.

Great rest and great treatment.

We ware in Karlovy Vary for the first time. We got a woucher for staying in this hotel, we did not know, how it will be. Thay are two buildings, we had a room in one and we was going to eat to other one. It was not so far. We used a swimming pool, but there was very bad smell, so I did not bath at the end... Receptionists ware very nice and helpful. Anyway, The room vas so old fashion, there was bad smell from the shower, but everythiny was clean. I was surprised that they did not hide cables from TV and other things. The food was not prepared very well, again old school, I was not happy with that. All place was so communist and very old, no renovation. On the other hand a very good location.

Not bad for 2 nights but next time other hotel

The food is plentiful, quite varied. Fruits are abundant. Due to the fact that the hotel treated 4-5 guests, the doctor only accepted us after 2 days. Before that (so as not to lose the number of appointed procedures) the nurse wrote us appointments for unclaimed procedures. In the procedure cabinets there were often queues.

Problems with treatment

The hotel is not worth three stars, it doesn't have a reception, you have to check in at the nearby hotel. The rude staff, every breakfast rushed after us to make sure we were guests at this hotel. The uncomfortable times, dinner ended at 7:50 because the last lung taken by the restaurant staff was at 20:00.
