We came to the Elishka Hotel from Germany in late October 2019 for 10 days.We took the routes on the website sanatorium.com.and we liked it all!!!! Near the forest.We could walk with our dog the Russian terrier.Almost nearby is the Orthodox church.To the colonnade with drinking water where about 10 minutes walk slowly.The drink also pleased us.We ordered breakfast and dinner.And at lunch we tasted the city's national Czech cuisine in a cafe or on the street.The cost also included 26 procedures.The staff was welcoming.They spoke Russian and German to the Zden.

Our trip to Carlsbad

We stayed in June 2019. The room was a two-seater standard, the room was comfortable and clean. We also received treatment at the hotel. If you take the treatment, there are dresses and slippers. It is very convenient that all the procedures are in the hotel. The staff is attentive, professional, knowledgeable about their business. We thank the nurses Jan and Elena, doctor Olga. We really liked the gas injections and the dry gas baths.

The hotel met all my expectations: a good location, a beautiful view from the windows, a cozy room, a family atmosphere. I liked that the procedures were performed professionally, qualitatively and not stretched for a long time. Thank you very much to Lena, Jane and Joseph. The food was no strings attached, but deliciously cooked, I would say, at home, I got it. It was a little stressful that dinner ended fairly early at 18-30. It would be nice to increase or move the dinner time by at least an hour.

It's a beautiful hotel for a quiet rest.

I express my own opinion. The hotel is above all praise. Very qualified staff. Director Olga has picked up a great team. At the reception everyone is very quick and always ready to come to help. About the restaurant - special: the cook prepares delicious home cooked food; thanks to the waitress Katha, who not only works fast but also charges with her positive. The rooms are clean. Thanks to Nurse Jane - she makes excellent gas injections.

We've been at the Elishka Hotel since October 12, 2018 and this is our third trip to this hotel.

I stayed at the Elishka Hotel on the recommendation of my friends from 24.07.2018 to 07.08.2018. First of all, the hotel is very well located, within easy reach of the colonnades of the therapeutic springs, in a quiet place. Close to the forest, clean air, good view from the windows.

When a friendly reception arrives, a competent doctor and treatment staff, applications for complete satisfaction, rooms comfortable, clean and warm, food of good quality and sufficient, with a healthy diet at the forefront, a man realizes that the hotel is run with a lot of love and joy, a cheerful and friendly atmosphere prevails throughout the house, a man feels very welcome.

The hotel ELISKA was selected from 1-2 dozen proposals via the internet by nautia. They arrived late, about 22 hours, so they were pleasantly surprised by the late dinner, which was left especially for us. They were quickly placed on the 4th floor. The windows to the temple of Peter and Paul, the others to the park. Already on the second day they felt themselves surrounded by a responsive staff. The language barrier is practically absent, they know Russian.

A break from the hustle and bustle

Dear guests, do not deceive the tourists. Choosing between a few hotels (when buying a tour), my reaction was extremely slow and not to be said pleasant. The lady at the coffee shop looked at me very carefully, although I felt that I was making a mistake... and not in vain. It all started with the fact that at the reception I was met by angry citizens who hadn't heard whether they were plunged into their own frills, but the reaction to me was extremely slow and not to be said pleasant.

Our second time in Elishka. Now on my birthday (it seems to be a tradition to celebrate the DR in this wonderful place:) And this time everything was on high. It was my turn to be surprised and delighted. When I arrived at the reception desk, the receptionists congratulated, handed gifts from the hotel, from a familiar guide, the keys to a spacious, cozy room with a beautiful view. There were two fancy bouquets in the room. At the request of relatives (as it turned out later) the administration arranged their purchase and delivery to the room. Everyone at the hotel - the director (Olga), the administrators (Zden, Bozhena), the waiters (Katia, Micaela), the staff of the SPA: Elishki located, our friend Joseph - we met in the old rooms, we wanted to make this very comfortable and comfortable room, and we wanted to make this very comfortable, and we wanted to make sure that our staff were as comfortable as possible, and we wanted to make sure that the rooms were as comfortable as possible.

The hotel is close to the forest and a little far from the resort. This allows for quiet and relaxing nights. Nevertheless, everything is within a few minutes' walk. Since the hotel is slightly elevated to the resort, you should not be too bad at walking or planning a little more time for the trip. The room was of sufficient size, was very clean and had a beautiful view from the balcony. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was not overloaded, but quite sufficient. The only thing you could be on was something more attentive about looking for food.
