From 7 to 14 December 2017 were with his wife in Prague. Through Booking they stopped in the apartments of the National Museum Apartments, because they could not find the hotel in the center for a more or less reasonable price. And here is the result. Positive sides. 1. Very good location  6-7 minutes from the Václav Square 2. The possibility of cooking. Negative sides. 1. The bed leaves the best to be desired. 2. The sanitation approaches and the taps open with great effort. 3. There are no accessories in the bathroom 4. Cleaning is not available as a class. 5. In the 4 star apartments in a week no one thought of changing not only the bed linen but also the towel. 6. There is no practical TV on the Russian TV.

Better and cheaper holidays at the hotel

We stayed with our family in November 2017. We rented an apartment on the 3rd floor. It's convenient for three people. It's close to the center and the meeting place for most excursions, 5-7 minutes on foot. There's a good restaurant Sova nearby. The nearest supermarket in the underground, you need to get down to the metro. The apartment has good sound insulation, for a week the neighbors haven't heard a word. When you settle for the keys, you need to go to the reception of the hotel across the street.

A convenient option in a good place.

The room is spacious, modern, not new, but in very good condition. Two double beds, a bathroom, a kitchen, a bathroom (shower room) and a toilet. Two towels per person. The cleaning for 9 days has not been noticed, although in the reminder it is written that once a week should be and for 10€ if you need to remove it not according to schedule. In the room there is a mini-safe free of charge, fan, soap, a toilet with a flat table, a toilet paper for clothes, a toilet paper in the toilet, all the necessary dishes and a teapot with a microwave, a tile and a teapot with a teapot.

It's a great number for three.

I stayed here for a month in a lovely duplex. The whole experience was just great! I highly recommend this apartment to any travellors. The place is neat, clean, and safe. Conveniently located near the metro and tram stations IP Pavlova with cafes, restaurants nearby, its tucked away in a relatively quiet street. I feel absolutely safe and comfortable living here. 
It has almost everything you need for your stay - washing machine, toaster, oven, fridge, microwave, you name it.  There are two toilets and a bathtub which is so nice. 
I particularly am pleased with my host Karel who is absolutely friendly and helpful. He speaks very good English so communicating with him is easy. He is also very responsive to my email. 
The maid comes every week to clean the place. 
An added advantage is this apartment is somehow linked with the Arkada hotel opposite the premise.  You can have 24-hour counter service without having to live in the hotel. 
I can't love this place more and will definitely come again.  Highly recommend! 


Simply GREAT !

We stayed here for four days. What I didn't like: - the bed was too low and the mattress was soft. - In the four days no one came to clean. We had to look for life to get rid of the trash. What we liked: - Regular heating - There is a toaster - You have detergent and cleaning utensils - Good Wi-Fi signal As I would say it would be easy to have an excellent con: - change the bed and mattress - cleaning, at least, every two days.

It's easy to make mistakes.

This is a complete scam- watch it!
A regular apartment in a housing block that has been re-purposed for business. No facilities whatsoever that a tourist would expect- a concierge, tourist service, wake-up, phone in room etc. The airconditioning was disabled and with to spend two nights at 28 degrees C was just unbearable. The "OWNER's" attitude was even worse- who insisted we take in the 'natural aircondition' by keeping the window open and bearing up with the street noises through 2AM. He had the audacity to say "stay awake" if you cannot sleep! The cab service he offers is a 'private deal' and another of the many rip-offs in this spooky place.

Stay away - if you do not want to ruin a holiday. Dont get fooled by this one

We decided to have a weekend trip with friends and rented the location which was absolutely fabolous: great neighbourhood with lots of little local bars and restaurants, quiet street, very easy check-in at hotel across the street and the place itself an amazing loft-appartment with upstairs/downstairs :)
Host Karel will make sure you get there, feel comfortable and that everything works - I very much recommend this place for everyone :)

Stylish and spacious loft appartment

We visited Prague as part of our honeymoon in January 2016. The apartments are in a great location as Prague is a very compact city and nothing is far away - we walked everywhere. The apartment had everything we needed for a couple of days stay, full kitchen and even a washing machine. Karl from Bella Travel went out of his way to make our stay special: we were upgraded to a larger apartment, he met us at the train station and even gave us tips for local restaurants.
