We booked 2 rooms in this hotel for 2 adults and 2 kids. In Prague we had 6 days. 3 days in one hotel and 3 days in Columbo. The hotel we lived in at first was wonderful, and at a cheaper price. But far from the center. We enjoyed Columbo and excellent booking reviews. It was terrible. Such a hotel I had never met in my life. The rawness, the darkness, the dirt, the smell. The breakfast area right at the entrance to the hotel is fenced off with a screen. Next room: all the old laundry can't know where the bed is, the laundry can't be found.

Don 't think about booking this hotel!!!!

We loved our hotel in perfect location. We preferred to go to the center by über but there were many trams going to the center just above the hotel. The hotel was in an old building but our room was very spacious, clean and spacious. The hotel did not have an elevator due to being an old building. But stafd was very helpfull for carrying our luggage to our room on the top floor. The Chinese man (the owner) was very friendly. He brought us warm bread from the oven in the morning. The hotel's breakfast was fine. There are a parking lot few minutes distance by foot. If you tell came from hotel at the parking lot, you could get a discount for a 24h parking. If we go to Prague again, we will definetly choose this hotel again. Highly recommend. 

Friendly and helpful staff, Highly recommend...

It was a small but fine hotel, with very friendly and helpful hosts. Our double-bed room was large and clean. The breakfast offer was sufficient and delicious. The next tram was about 5 minutes' walk or 25 minutes' walk to the center. All in all, absolutely recommended, the price-performance ratio is perfectly matched. In the end we were going around the city, not for luxury hotel holidays.

Short vacation

Lovely hotel man who Owens it very helpful good value for money would definitely stay here again let us keep our bags here till the taxi picked us up at night walked every day into the town also good bar down the street from hotel and across the road great service and great food good value for your money enjoyed our little stay cheers 😊x

Close to transportation. Very good location. Clean room. No elevator 😏

Value for money

I stayed with my boyfriend for three nights in the week of August. The location is not bad, it is 5 minutes walk from the Lipanská tram stop. Nice staff, there was nothing missing in the room. Great breakfast. Hotel on average but I would recommend it for the good quality/price ratio.

The price-quality ratio is not bad.

We stayed in the apartment for a weekend and it is an amazing space. Perfect for a family, friends, couples.

Breakfast was nice enough; typical mediterranean style - sausages, boiled eggs, cold meat and cheese as well as some cereals and toast and waffle options.  Certainly good for being included in the price.

We were on the top floor but hadn't realised there was no lift to get to the apt so wouldn't advise if you have mobility problems or are elderly as is 4 flights of stairs.

Awesome kitchenette and soft comfy beds. Lovely bathroom and good shower - but shower holder was broken so does need fixing.

Fantastic location in a cool area of prague lots of underground bars and restaurants. Very near the tram stop get into town in 3 stops or a 30min walk.

Would def recommend to stay here if you want to see some authentic Prague and away from tourist central. So easy to get about and kind staff.

Great little find in outer city but apartments are steep stairs

Although quality of the hotel meets their 3 star rating we were expected little bit more. For example breakfast was poor and only small selection of dishes was available. Location of the hotel is pretty good, hotel is located at quiet street with almost no traffic. Building of the hotel is really old but whole old town of Prague, well known as a "hundred towers Prague", is old. It is a monumentally protected Art Nouveau building. So that you have to accept this fact in the center. Hotel is small without big restaurant. There is only small space right at the corner of the reception, where the breakfast is obviously served. Hotel also does not offer any wellness services. We stayed only for one night and it was big enough. I can not say recommend or not recommend. For us there is no reason to go there twice. There are many similar hotels in Prague.

Quiet location of the nothing special hotel

Very good bedding but no covers for those who are sensitive to the day because the curtains are not sufficiently occult. Good shower as well. Sweet or salty breakfast; tea or coffee, orange juice, fresh vegetables and fruits, cereal, yogurt, milk, grain bread, honey bread, gauffre, butter, jams, honey, Nutella, sausage, hard egg, ham, salami or cheese. Quiet neighborhood near the TV tower! Tramway to the center. Hotel within one hour from the airport bus 119 to terminal 2 and then metro B to the terminal (arrarr Jiriho Podebrad) after about 10 minutes to reach the hotel by taking the terminal or up to the terminal or as much as possible 26 steps from the Lipanska Tramway and parking is free as possible.

Very good price ratio

Very welcome from the guests who gave us useful advice and information for our stay. A large and pleasant room. A small but functional bathroom. A garbage can in the room would be convenient (only a small one in the bathroom). Breakfast just right, not too much or too little with salt and sugar to satisfy everyone. Be careful, there is no elevator in the establishment. The place may seem a bit old-fashioned but very clean. Good family hotel, to advise if you go to Prague.
