I went to Prague with my kids. We all liked the hotel very much. It was clean and cozy. It was a large balcony that opened up interesting views of this wonderful city. It was an excellent internet.

It's a great hotel.

The price (in October 2018) suggests that the setting is not complete (there's no corner in the living room and a big mirror). The rest of the room is fully equipped. All Miele furniture, up to the coffee machine and dishwasher bus are always in the kitchen. There's a free dressing room for the entire kitchen.

The best place...

We tried a flat to change, it was good but we preferred a conventional hotel with a receptionist who we could ask for information when you come home late at night or when you leave early in the morning. Otherwise it's rather nice to have clean towels every day we didn't really appreciate keeping the same for several days. We could ask for clean ones at the office but luckily the office was closed every morning during our stay, we could pick them up even once we arrived at a receptionist who was parked in front of them. Otherwise it's rather nice to have a washing machine and a dry-cleaner and especially a refrigerator every day.

Very good stay.

The apartment, in a beautiful old building in a rather elegant residential area, is spacious and bright, very well furnished and equipped with all the amenities.

House in Prague

Apartments (we lived in the studio on the 2nd floor) are spacious, bright, large bathroom with a bathroom. Kitchen equipment Miele, kitchen utensils Tamagoma, plumbing Kerescoma and Grohe in decent condition. There is a dishwashing machine. There is walking access to supermarkets Voco and Albert. Among the downsides: 1. We had trouble getting the keys. We booked after 18:00 (which we asked very early about) and on the instructions of the owners of the apartments we had to get the keys to the bathroom at no one's hotel. No one was able to get the keys to the hotel's next door for an extra fee.

It's good overall, but there's a downside.

Upon check-in, I discovered that the apartment door did not lock.  Initially, I was told it would be fixed the next day; then told that it would not be fixed (that they don't repair doors) and that if we felt unsafe, a refund would be made and we could depart.  That was not an acceptable option.  Eventually, upon my insistence, on day 2, they fixed the door lock. 

Another problem at check-in was that there was a foul odor coming from the bathtub drain.  I mentioned it to the gentleman who checked us in.  He told me to run the water for several minutes and the drain would fill with water and the smell would go away.  He was correct -- no more smell for the duration of out 4-day stay.

After checkout, I received an email notification that I was being charged 30 Euro to my credit card for allegedly damaging a small pot of artificial flowers.  Through a series of emails, after convincing the manager that we didn't break anything, she indicated that I would not be charged.

The location of this property is excellent and the apartment was spacious, comfortable and (other than what I indicated above) in beautiful condition.  Everything was clean and in good working order.  Beautifully-appointed kitchen and bathroom with towel warmers.  Pots and pans were provided and adequately met our needs.  Most of the sites are within walking distance.

Other than some of the unnecessary stresses caused by the staff, we had a nice stay and I would happily stay there again.  During my email discussions with Yaroslavna after departing, concerning the alleged damage to a small pot with artificial flowers, she suggested that I was threatening to blackmail them on my review.  I told her that I would never do such a thing and that I take my reviewing duties seriously and even though I disagreed with their assessment of blame for this small flower pot, I intended to post an honest review.  And I have done so here.

Excellent property, though the management could use some improvement

Our studio for 2 had more than 40 m2 and was super-equipped: washing machine, dishwasher, oven... full bathroom with bathtub and very spacious.

Calm and centered at once.

We cannot recommend this apartment enough!
I've been in communication with them through Kristina right after we booked, she was so helpful and pleasant. No troubles checking in. The unit was well maintained and furnished with everything you need. We only used the microwave and kettle but there was a nespresso machine, stove and laundry machines. We loved coming home here after a busy day of walking in the tourist sites. It really was our home away from home. Very close to the Svandovo Divadlo tram station, so commuting was a breeze. But we walked along the river (close to it too) on some days, where there's access to buses and other tram stops. 


Spacious apartment in a quiet neighborhood 

I want to write down the only minus for us right away because it is really the only one! We lived in the economy class apartments on the first floor, and under the windows we often loved to stop passersby talking loudly on the phone and smoking, noise and smoke naturally coming to us in the window! But here's the rest, and that's the location, the convenience in the beautiful room, the technical equipment of the kitchen and the plumbing all at the highest level!!! So are the comfortable soft and comfortable beds! Almost no noise from passing cars, the street almost no traffic! If there are free places on the dates we need, we will definitely return to this wonderful place! Thank you very much for the warm reception of CityS Apartment!

Very worthy!!!

The apartment is very well located, super close to the river, restaurants, Petrin Park, Café Savoy, besides having electricity to access the Old Town. It is in a quieter area away from the intense traffic of the Old Town. The apartment has all the comforts and the hosts were wonderful.
