It's absolutely not advisable to stay in a bed bug infested house, we've been forced to go to health facilities to fix the bed bug-induced dermatitis and change accommodation, part of the vacation ruined.

An Unpleasant Experience

This was the perfect family for our family of 4. Excellent value for the location as it was within walking distance to many tourist attractions with plenty of public transport options nearby. The apartment itself was very clean and everything we needed was there. Michal was very helpful with information throughout our stay. I highly recommend it.

Excellent value!

Michal apparently has special discounts in this agency, through which we pre-booked a transfer from Ryzine airport. It is necessary to note separately the cars in which we were met/driven: Mercedes Benz E class and Audi A7 with drivers in tuxedoes. All this for a ridiculous 16-19 euros (at UberX is twice as cheap). Apparently Michal has special discounts in this agency. At the meeting the owner of the apartments showed all the necessary points on the map, as well as provided a card that allows you to exchange one euro on the dishes in the same time frame.

Nice and inexpensive apartments in a wonderful neighborhood

This year I visited Prague again. I stayed in Michal's apartments again. This time I chose apartment M and lived there for 10 days. Still everything was simple, convenient, kindly, unobtrusive - above all praise. The price is very moderate, especially if you order directly on the website of these apartments. The household equipment in the apartment is diverse and works impeccably. The containers are enough. The batteries in the room are regulated. About the late departure I managed to arrange without additional payment. The next time I come to Prague - I am here again!

It's still great!

We stayed in the mansion for 6 days. It was clean, cozy, warm. We could cook. There was a tile and microwave, a teacup, a pot, a stew, cups, glasses, etc. We walked to the historic center.

It's comfortable.

we stayed in the attic apartment, small but perfectly formed with everything you'd need for a fraction of the cost of a hotel. We decided to cook a few nights to save money and chose this place as a result. 
We were greeted by Mikhail who was really welcoming and happy to help in any way he could. The apartment was spotless and really well located -15 minute walk into town or 25 minutes to Old Town.for those who don't like to walk there's trams and metro 5 minutes walk at Namesti Miru. There are also around 15-20 bars and restaurants within a 10 minute walk all of which are cheaper than in town centre be advised that while the apartment is strict non smoking the bars within walking distance were pretty much all smoking which was no good for my asthmatic girlfriend but you can find non smoking bars if you explore (or Google) and there's a really fantastic BBQ restaurant at the top of the street that's non smoking. 
The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The lift is a little claustrophobic so if you're scared of lifts be prepared for 10 flights of stairs or book one on a lower floor! The lift didn't bother us at all (I actually loved its rickety charm!) but it would frighten some people.

Fantastic value

The apartment is very clean and the owner is very friendly and available. The area is very quiet and well connected to the city centre, both via the subway A, which is reached in 5 minutes on foot and by tram, which is also reachable on foot in 5 minutes. There are also several restaurants and supermarkets in the area which are open until late hours.

Nice living room.

Comfortable and cheap. The host is very kind and explains everything about the neighbourhood, where you can find everything: pubs, pharmacy, 24h supermarket, subway station is just 5 minutes away by feet. The place is very quiet and the apartment is clean and warm. 
The only negative thing is that there is no stovetop only a single electric cooker, microwave, and boiler for tea/coffee. But there is a nice pub just across the street that serves very good and cheap meals (highly reccomended the pea soup for just 55kc = 2€)

Recommended!

I rented the studio at the top. It's clean and spacious. A big bed on the floor. Two bunk beds. No baby bed. The kitchen is convenient. The elevator is convenient because the studio is on the 5th floor. Metro and tram have two steps. The least: Bed under the roof so you bump into each other sometimes and there's no view. Random bath water pressure. Quality report price interesting.

I cannot rave enough about the apartment we stayed in here. Good location, within walking distance of everything including river, train station and all the sights. Room was delightful, clean, comfortable and just really nicely decorated - not that it matters, it was just a nice touch! Mikhael who runs the rooms was brilliant, super friendly and helpful, even recommending a restaurant which ended up being one of the best meals I've ever had! All in all this room was superb, and a brilliant price. Would highly highly recommended!!!
