I've been staying in this hotel for a week in September 2019. It's a good location. Everything else is terrible. I've visited many countries, but I've come across something like this for the first time. I attach photos of the rooms, it's the most natural laundry! Naturally, when I saw this, I started a scandal, and accused them of fraud, because officially they were providing completely different photos of the rooms. They said that there are normal rooms, in another building, they held them and showed them, but they said that in these rooms they have guests from Europe!!!

They don't like Russians.

Very good hotel. Clean, cozy. The staff is responsive, attentive. They will answer any questions, recommend where to change money, where to buy cheaper, tell you how and where to get to...). The hotel was everything as promised. The room with everything necessary, the bed new, towels as well. The repair is new, there are no major shortcomings.

It's a very good hotel.

Personally, I must say that we found ourselves very well at this facility, spacious rooms, always kept clean, a fairly central area with a subway station adjacent to the hotel.

It's a great solution.

We stayed with a friend from 17 to 21 January. The hotel was renovated, so we were given a large family room 205)))))) For breakfast there is oatmeal, cereal, sausage, bran, cheese, oranges and apples. There were boiled eggs and delicious pancakes. Coffee, tea. We got to eat.

It's a great hotel.

We stayed in this hotel for a week. We got a room on the mansion floor. It was very spacious, clean, there was everything we needed. The windows went out, but we didn't have much stress, because we were exhausted on excursions and slept tightly. Sometimes the siren would wake up fast, but it's so small. The room had a TV, refrigerator, air conditioner, cabinet, tubs. The towel kit for two. The sanus was clean, there was no break with water. There was a gel for showering. So take the brush, toothpaste and flavor with the shampoo. The towel collection was held every day, very quality.

It's worth your money.

Very small room, old furniture, cheap breakfast, dishes in the dining room, but clean, fresh bedding and towels, good files, good location (10 minutes walk to the Vatslov Square, about 30 minutes to the Porch Gate). Budget option, for 2-3 days.

That's a lot of money.

The whole vacation was ruined...I'm meeting a hotel like this for the first time in my life, even though I've been traveling for many years. The room was uncluttered, everything was cleaned. The morning was all in the bites... on the bed I found a bug and took it to the reception, the staff made amazing eyes. That day I went to Karlovy Vary for two days, asked the manager not to move my things to another room until I arrived. When I came back from the trip, I find that I was moved without my knowledge. I come to another room. But dirty, on the floor of the hair, in the bathroom.

It's not good.

Firstly, we were transferred from another (Royal Court Apartments) hotel for a night because apparently a stag party clogged up all the toilets and drainage system at the hotel we supposed to be staying.

The interior of the hotel just screams old and rundown every corner you turn. I get it that they want to save electricity but the walkway are fixed with light sensors far away which you have to entered a completely dark walkway until it senses you to be switched on.

The worst part is the elevators are located IN BETWEEN FLOORS! No matter what floor you're staying, (even groud) you have to carry your luggages up the stairs to the elevator, go to your floor, exit the elevator, then walk up another half floor to your room floor. How silly is that? 

By the way, stairs are poorly lit. We almost tripped while carrying our luggage up. 

The hotel towel smells VERY BAD. Also, the mirrors are placed on the wall outside the elevator which means you will jump scare yourself each time you exit the elevator. With the poorly lit hallway and weird mirrors positioning, you will think you are in a haunted house


Worst hotel ever

My husband and I stayed at this hotel from 22.09. to 26.09. of the plus 1- there is free Wi-Fi. It works well. 2 of us got a big room. (403) 3-fans in the room have 4 breakfasts standard European. 5 good location. Minuses 1- very expensive safe rental (5 days 20 euros) The hotel is designed for those who just stay overnight.
