Already the receptionist doesn't speak a word of English. The invoice presented is also not decrypted. The room is on the road, thanks to the tram passing at 5:30 in the morning. The cleanliness of the rooms is brief. The towels and sheets are hollow but seemingly clean. The bedding is very hard. The furniture must not be moved for the vacuum cleaner, we found a lot of sheep. The lunch is simple and not always supplied.

I'm going to...

I stayed at the Alexis for three nights and I felt fine. The room was cleaned every day and the towels changed regularly. The staff is friendly and available. Breakfast is good, there is more choice of salt than sweet and the containers are continuously filled throughout the duration of the breakfast. The rooms are quite spacious; there is only the recommendation not to leave the windows open while the room is empty because it is close to the street.

It's really not bad.

Lack of cleaning, bad breakfast and uncomfortable beds, at these prices you're much better off, you don't understand the positive reviews from other users... don't go there, you'd ruin your trip to Prague.

It's unbelievable!

The hotel was small, cozy, in a room for one was everything needed, clean, wifi good, very quiet and quiet. There was a breakfast  not a very big choice (yogurt, vegetables, baking, cheese, sausages..), but it is quite suitable for travelers not to be hungry before lunch. It is a little far to get to the station and metro, but you can get to the tram, the main thing is to know their route.

Quiet and cozy hotel

I stayed here at the Alexis with my friends for two nights. We had noticed that the structure was not the best, but driven by the low prices, we had booked anyway with some hesitation and reticence. Confirmed doubts on our arrival: structure that looks like a prefabricated one (or a wheelless trailer, depending on how you want to see it), very uncomfortable beds with low mattresses, apathetic staff and not very good at speaking English, inappropriate breakfast to say the least, and, sweetly down the drain, cleaning the missing room. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Roundabout or hotel?

Decent sized room 
Said it had a mini bar when I asked reception the guy pointed to the vending machine in the lobby and told me that was it. 
Safe didn’t work to start off with and we didn’t have a fridge in our room but every other one did. 
The windows are huge and open up to the point where you can climb in and out which was evidently so by the footprint on the verge outside of the window leading into the room. 
Room service didn’t come round every day so had to deal with dirty towels for a few days. 
Breakfast is ideal if you want a basic breakfast. 
5 minute walk from the tram line that leads into the centre of Prague. Has a Lidl ten minutes away and shops and restaurants 5 minutes away. 
Decent for the price but could have offered that little bit more.

5 nights and no change of sheets has ever been made, not so much as towels, which (after three days) despite being put on the ground, have been re-pressed and hand-washed by them for cleaning. Phon with a HUSTIONANT handle! Very poor and repetitive breakfast! Cold and unwelcome staff! highly recommended!

We're going down!

The hotel is convenient for the proximity of the tram stop that leads to the city centre. However, it has many flaws: poor breakfast, dirty carpets, curtains that do not cover the entrance to the room, lack of bidet, few towels equipped, a television so old that it interferes with cell phones, taken for the almost absent current, fan with dust residue given years of lack of cleanliness, inefficient and burning to the touch during use. All accompanied by a low sense of security that gives the structure and the fact that the word soundproofing don't even know what it means.

Is it really a 3 star?!

The room is spacious, bright and clean. The bed is very comfortable, they gave me a double one. The bathroom is comfortable, large and a very large shower. Perfect and absolutely recommended! WiFi connection in the room. One problem, the elevator is missing.

I highly recommend Rome Termini.
