Our family of 4 traveled to Punta Cana and stayed at the Sirenis, Wonderful vacation. Great service from Kilmis at the Lobby. Our concierge Ricky was awesome. Also Javier who is a concierge was great.

Wonderful vacation

The music is boring.  We would have really enjoyed more upbeat beach\pool music.  Just because we are members we are not stiff.  The staff was amazing and fun but they couldn't change the elevator music.

Just got back this week from two weeks at the Sirenis. Overall it was an incredible holiday. We were a group of seven with a small child and we were all very satisfied with this hotel. We had read the previous bad reviews and were all a bit worried about what it was going to be like. 
We booked through tui uk. The rooms we all got were brilliant all on the refurbished side my friends parents were in a lovely room with a four poster bed and jacuzzi bath and my friend and I had a suite with separate living room. Rooms are very modern with two large televisions a nice balcony with great view. Rainfall shower in the bathroom was lovely! 
Housekeeping ; room cleaned to perfection every day clothes and shoes tidied up for us. Slight delay each day getting towels but always arrived in time to get ready for dinner. 
Food; I was very happy with the food was so much to choose from not sure how anyone could not find something they like every day. Different themed nights so not the same thing all the time. Great selection of desserts! We went to the American, Tex mex and Italian restaurants and these were all great. BBQ on the beach was great for an afternoon snack. And the pool restaurant is open during the night for food after the nightclub! Rafaela who works the diner section of the restaurant was lovely and friendly on several occasions and very helpful! As was Jacqueline in the main restaurant part. 
Pool and beach, pool was huge and in different sections so was never too crowded. One part was full of kids but in the other parts it was empty most of the time so you could swim if you liked. Nice bar in the pool too. Plenty of space around the pool to get a sunbed. Not like other hotels where it’s just Rows and Rows of sun beds. 
Beach was really nice also with loads of space. Workers on beach every day clearing seaweed etc. sea a little rough when we were there but just went in pool on them days. 
Waterpark was pretty good with a few slides. Also food and drink included there all day long. Little girl in our group (aged 2) loved it here. 
Nightlife; after dinner we went to watch the entertainment every evening which was always really good. Great dancers and games involving guests. After the dancing was either karaoke or the house band and everyone dancing. Lovely setting for this with bar right next to it for drinks. Special thanks to Beto one of the dancers for dancing with our group every night and always coming over to say hello! After that was the nightclub el bonche which can sometimes be packed or very quiet. Good place to finish the night. Also a casino next to that which is more of an arcade with a few tables but had a couple of good nights in there. 
Jimmy on the lobby bar was very friendly and helpful. We met him on our first night and made us welcome! 
Just to note there is not much outside of the resort nearby but as there was so much there it’s not a problem. If you go right along the beach you can walk all the way down past all the other hotels. There’s Some souvenir shops and places offering massages which we did one day. Try not to forget anything as the hotel gift shop was overly expensive for suncream nappies chargers etc. 
We took a catamaran tour to Saona Island and this was one of the highlights of the holiday so I’d highly recommend this! 
Overall Sirenis was a great place to stay. Make sure to tip the staff every now and then, they really appreciate it and give great service and try to ensure you have the best holiday. 
If there’s any problems just chase them up and they will sort it. No use leaving it until you get home to complain about it. 
I know part of the hotel is being renovated so your room may not be amazing but the rest of the resort will more than make up for it!

Amazing two weeks here

I was a bit confused at the beginning of my holydays. I had a little trouble registering at the lobby. Ricky arrived and helped me. I found a well clean room, small but clean. Well stocked mini bar. Well ordered bathroom. 

THe restaurants are very good, standard service. The buffet is also very good, it could be a little more varieed, but the dishes are delicious. The same Ricky helps me to find table at several restaurants, this man has everything, he was very helpful. 

These holidays were superb.

Nice Holydays

Since the day i arrived in this hotel, all was wonderful. The cleanliness of the complex is impeccable. Excellent service, staff always smiling. The new rooms are spacious, the room service is done without disturbing you. The beach, the pools, the bathrooms, were always clean. Big thank you to Ricky, for his dedication, his kindness, without him with near me, it would be difficult to spend wonderful days.

The Best Hotel In Uvero Alto

We were staying in a renovated room in Cocotal House H. We were also able to eat in the renovated restaurant. Please continue to focus on your vacationers and not just the Sirenis Premium Travelers. The big differences are obvious and I dislike them. Thank you to the team at Bar La Pergola, especially Salinserin, Pasquale and Lissander. And to our nice service from Macao Jaqueline.

It's good to be back.

When you first see the ocean, you feel the power and the grandeur of nature, you don't even think about the thought of not having been in a room yet!!!! It doesn't matter at all! Get dressed and it's alive! Here's the sun, the ocean, the palms, the wind! What else is needed for happiness!!! Yes, there are some nuances in the hotel related to the mentality of the nation, but we didn't even have to spoil it for ourselves. Don't even think about how you like the usual rooms, judging by the reviews of the day - not a lot of the kids! But we still have to ask the young kids about buying a hot dog! We've got a good idea of how to write a family room, and it's better to update them every week.

Rest for the Soul and the Body

The hotel is well situated, the area is large. The vegetation is striking. The rooms (even the category of superior) require major repairs. In the restaurants at peak hours there are problems with free places in the evenings. Food for 4 is plenty of fruits (maracuya, mango, sugar cane, etc.). Also big problems with places in the lobby of the bar in the evening - very often everything is occupied. If you eliminate all these shortcomings - then it will be a very successful hotel.

The inn needs repairs.

I was at the end of February of this year with my partner and the truth was that everything was pretty positive. In the lobby bar (La Pergola) I also highlighted the animation team that is doing all day long activities and especially congratulations to Sexy Peluche, Mario Bros and La Flaca, very nice, VAMOSSS ANIMACION SUPER!!!!! The cook who is at the barbecue of the beach chiringuito that is set up from 3 pm onwards that we remember the name, very nice too. In the lobby bar (La Pergola) I also highlighted some very good cocktails. In the pool bar Luis y Sinfonia y Leonardo y Dariel, very nice too. In the little bar, I'm very happy that we're not lacking anything. In the kitchen, I'm sure that everyone can come to the lobby to get the fresh water.

In general, I enjoyed my vacation, the food was good, the variety was good, the restaurants were responsive and attentive, the beach was clean, these were the positive things. Now the negative things: the rooms were moulded, which is very harmful to health, if you want the room to be clean and without mold, then choose the room on the second floor. The excursions are expensive, your money is not worth it. The staff does not speak Russian (except the bartenders).
