It is an excellent hotel, located in a very quiet area, with facilities that maintain certain rocks of ruins.The service provided by all the staff is excellent, very friendly and quick to solve everything you need.The breakfast is very good, but they should add other alternatives for guests staying for more than a day.It is repetitive.

A very pleasant place to stay overnight, it has very comfortable rooms, some with stone walls, gardens, a very well-made decoration and excellent care.

A beautiful ecological hotel.

This hotel is next to the great Pumapungo and Todos Santos ruins, the best places in the city to see Inca's archaeological ruins. Also is very close to the airport, taxis fees are very cheap. You can go walking to downtown if you want to visit some museums or churches. The service is also warmful, the people of the hotel are very kind.

Nice place to rest and warmful service

Excellent service, very nice facilities. Too many stairs so I don't recommend it for people with disabilities or walking difficulties. Very good location, you can walk to the historic center. All you need is a restaurant, good service but very little variety of food.

Excellent service.

I called before I arrived and explained that I'm a  very light sleeper and needed a very quiet room. I was assured they had a great room for me. I arrived exhausted and looked at the room buried in the back and it seemed okay. No sooner than I checked in and crawled in bed did the echo chamber affect began. There's a patio below where every sound echos up. These were not the guests but the employees yelling back and forth to each other. The place is run by a bunch of 20 somethings with a bit of a frat party atmosphere.  I called the desk and asked for a fan. She said she would look for one and call me back. I waited and waited and waited. Nothing. I call again and spoke to someone else. He said they had no fan. I again explained how exhausted I was and how the noise echoed through the room. He said he would see if they had a quite room and call me back. I waited and waited and waited. I called again very irritated. He said they didn't have a quieter room. Ugh!
Pluses - pretty, comfortable bed, and by the river.
Minuses - loud, poorly trained staff and poor design - echo chamber answer very dimly lit rooms especially the bathroom
Would I stay here again? Not on your life!

Looks great until you scratch the surface

Despite being a small hotel, it has comfortable rooms and service areas with pleasant decoration.The cleanliness and attention to detail are noted.

Comfortable and cozy.

It is a very cozy place in terms of facilities, however the restaurant area is not recommended, the lunches and snacks are poor in the sense that very little food is served, it is understood that it is gourmet, but this becomes very exaggerated and we get hungry.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel with all the amenities, including satellite TV, free wifi, full service bar, complementary breakfast and anything else you could want. We only had breakfast on property one morning since none of us are big breakfast eaters and it was plenty of well prepared food with tamales, breads, fruits, juices and coffee. Our room was very comfortable with plush mattresses and bedding. The hotel is extremely clean both inside and outside. This hotel is lovely and the staff was always visible and very friendly, eager to help in any way. I really loved the location. The river runs in front of the property and it can be heard in the evening if you sit outside on the terrace, which we did every night. Restaurants, parks, new town, the historic area 89 steps to Long Street are only a 10 minute walk away. There is so much to see and do in Cuenca and this is a great location to stay while you explore the city.
