An owner who treats his client as an ass..., should not even be able to practice this profession (for valid and correct cancellation with Booking)!! Following the mandatory Covid test to travel to Egypt.

The worst hotel on the planet...

The owner was super rude. When I made the reservation he offered to pick us up at the onibus station, we bought the tickets and informed him of the arrival time, but on the way we realized that we would not arrive at the appointed time (in Egypt the police have all the time the cars to ask for passports and even to open the bags) so many times, which delays the trip immensely. As soon as I realized this, I told him that we were going to be late, this one by msg proved to be understanding, but when we arrived he was aggressive, we found out that in fact he doesn't have a car, in fact he called a taxi, he's the driver were all discussing the way of what would be left on the road. Grit said to us that he was not afraid of us. He was taking our place behind us.

I'm sorry about that.

Khaled is a phony person who only wants you to make a good review. His house is all dirty. His cheese breakfast is very disgusting. The bathroom has no hot water. The fridge smells like rotting. Khaled is pulling pedos. The wifi is the worst.

Horrible 

We chose this cheap hotel at Booking.com, because the plan was to spend the night, the next day go on a cruise on the Nile, leave your things there, and then go on a five-star vacation. We got along with the owner, agreed on a transfer, price, place and time of meeting, even got a picture of a sign from him that would meet us. But, at three o'clock on the night of our arrival, not only did no one meet us, but on the phone shown in the voucher they answered that it wasn't a hotel, and that they didn't know such a thing! No taxi driver knew where to take Bob Marley. The locals in the neighborhood didn't know this either! And what it was like for us, in a foreign country, not a winter, not a sweet language at night...

Stay out of the way and watch out for Bob Marley in Hurghada!

I stayed here for a month! Dirty beds, no sheets, no towel, dirty room and even dirtier bathroom!
I had to wake a young guy every day to "make" my breakfast. The owner bought a bottle of whisky but did not pay it ( he stayed away on the day of my departure ) Do not stay here because the manager will try to rob you. Dont lent him a penny !
Most terrible experience ever and I travelled all over the world.

Avoid this place!

Skip this place, its not worth the money. Manager was angry we were only staying one night, room was terrible, mattresses sagging, mouldy fridge in the room, bathroom wasn't clean. When we asked for a towel we were handed one dirty wet towel to use. Owner didn't give one hoot about us and the hotel didn't feel welcoming at all.
The other staff were friendly and kind though, hats off to them for putting up with such a grumpy manager!

No good

Khaled was overly zealous. Slyly took my phone number when I asked for help translating an Egyptian phone operator, so he could keep phoning me to offer guide service.
Located in run down back alley, taxi driver had trouble finding it. 
Paid 100 Egyptian pounds for 2 persons, aircon was fine, private bathroom, too bad there was no mosquito net cause we got annihilated by the little ratbags known as mosquitoes.
Don't tell manager your future plans, as he will try and sell you something.

This place comes with free HASSLE. Ignore review on true Egyptian experience.

Manager Khaled was very helpful and friendly from emailing in advance to arrange airport pick up and even coming in the taxi to meet us & drop us off. (Cost 70 Egyptian (just under £6GBP) from airport to hostel, around a 15-20 min drive)

We had booked an air con room but got there and found there was just a basic ceiling fan. (We were later told the owner had taken the air con room for herself because she didn't think we would turn up, despite us saying our flight arrived in the early hours of the morning!) 

The room was far too hot & stuffy - we had booked in here just to get some sleep for a few hours and a shower before going on to our planned destination, so it was OK for our needs. We had intended to stay at the end of our trip for a couple of nights but location & lack of air con made it too difficult to stay for a longer period of time. The shower did not work so had to use a combination of sink, plastic bottle and wall tap. Take a towel and toilet paper if you consider these essentials! 

The place is quiet and the roof top has a kitchen area where guests staying longer can relax and cook with Khaled. There is free wifi which is very useful. We were also given some breakfast foods for our ongoing trip. ATM machine and convenience store nearby. Didn't look like there was much of a beach area close by - railed off / rocky. I wouldn't say it was somewhere for more than a night's stay. 

The place needs some modernisation and investment in the plumbing system & air con as it was over 40 degrees and not pleasant for sleeping. I wish Khaled the best though as he was a genuinely nice guy and did everything possible to help us which was much appreciated.

Friendly but VERY hot!

Very friendly place on nice location only few minutes from beach. Staff and manager are very friendly and helpful, and will do their best to arrange everything you need...They also offer good arrangements for diving. Rooms are satisfactory clean, and terrace on roof is very nice. Nothing to complain about

Friendly and cheap place to stay in Hurghada...

What can I say... price ok, boss very nice, friendly and a little sticky, even invited to eat with his family! no one really friendly but the hotel... I think the bed sheets hadn't been changed... headache of someone else on the pillow... one night is enough! hot water and breakfast, battered earth quarters...
